“This company promises 6-9 business days US shipping but under delivers. My order took 3 weeks to arrive. Quality of the product is nothing amazing. My regret is that I could have bought the item from Amazon for a cheaper price and way faster delivery. Will not be ordering from here again as I was not impressed.”

“Does not fit older model Jeep vents. I asked for a refund and the merchant asked that I provide a video to prove that it did not work All in all seems like a lower quality product that it not backed up by a do whatever is right by the customer attitudes.”

“I bought door sill led Ford plaque for my fiancé’s F350 and it was way smaller than I thought and absolutely will not fit on his door sills. If he were to make it work it would look cheap which it the opposite I was going for. The actual word Ford was half the size of the picture as well. Complete waste of $150”

“Ripped off on shipping costs. Paid for 2 day took 20 days emailed to complain received no refund and the items after arrival have to be taken to a professional to tear apart my car and wire them in. The parts are in the box I received them in and will never be used. I wish I had my money back and they had these useless parts back. Very disappointed and will never purchase from here again.”

Hello, there are detailed descriptions on our website It will light up when the door is opened, and then automatically turn off after displaying all lighting modes in two cycles (the LED door sill panels also turn off as the door closed). It will light up again as the door open. Generally, solid color keep light up for about 1 minute, and 3 minutes for multi color. The duration of the light is proportional to the length of the door sill pedal. The longer the door sill pedal, the longer the light could stay on.
