“Immediately after my purchase I found the same item on Amazon - 4 pack $19.95 - after I had just spent almost $50 for 2 pieces. They would not let me cancel the order. I installed the Amazon part and received the aoonauto.com parts about 10 days later. Waste of money”

“I bought the lights for a 2017 Maserati Levante kick plate. They don’t fit properly, the dealership service department said they won’t fit. I sent pictures to the company showing that they don’t fit the car. I then asked for a refund and return label, and was told no, because they’re not supposed to fit. Total scam, avoid this company like the plague.”

“I would rate this a 0 star if I could. The product was no where near compatible with my car - way too narrow and not nearly long enough. It doesn't even cover the factory holes in the door sill - I cannot use it. I'm not sure you have the right measurements for a 93-97 Pontiac Firebird\Trans AM. Your company would not issue a refund, stating that the product was expected to look this way and would not exactly match factory spec. I knew that when I ordered it, but this thing was literally 1-2 times too small. It was so bad in fact that I was able to dispute it with PayPal as well as my CC company, they agreed with me and issued a refund instead.”

“Order arrived 4 months late. Had to call them and inquire. They told me they did not have my phone number, but it was stated on the invoice. Lame excuse...just follow up with your orders to ensure delivery. After the 4 mos delay, they did not even offer to deliver it via courier to make their error right. Poor service...be careful”

“My lights quite working in 3 days and then the shipment I paid for to get delievered faster $18 took them 2 to 3 weeks to deliever my lights waisted my money”
