The customer said that he had only received one product and we missed something, but we asked him what product it was missing, but he did not reply to us. Later, during the PayPal dispute, we submitted our delivery certificate, and it turned out that we don’t have to bear any responsibility, so we have no problems in the whole transaction process

“Purchased door sill lights and daytime running lights with turn signals. The daytime running lights with turn signals had leds out, and the two front door sill lights did not flash correctly. Talked to them about the problems, they insisted low voltage. I have them on a BMW, and assured them that with the car running, it was at 14.8 volts and with the car off 12.5 volts. Still, nothing. Said voltage. I’ve been a mechanic for over 10 years and they kept telling me to bring it to a shop. They now don’t return my messages. Terrible customer service, and for the price, it should have worked way better. Highly recommend sticking a stick in your eye, before purchasing anything from here.”

“I received my products after a longer wait than anticipated and they showed up with no remote... at first I was frustrated but I thought I would be fine to wire them in anyways. Turns out THEY DONT EVEN FIT AND THEY CUT THE DESIGN BACKWARDS. It’s outrageous. I sent an email a couple weeks ago with photos and never heard anything back. This is by far the worst $200 I’ve ever spent. I’m beyond frustrated. Save your money and don’t buy this product.”
