“I keep getting emails on taking a survey i already completed -I felt that the salesman was not completely honest on the dashboard stitching separation -I felt the salesman was disinterested once he received the check for the car, received no instruction on car features -Have not received any follow up from the salesman”

“I often write positive reviews on companies that do a good job, but I will never, ever do business with this company again - they are a scam and a rip-off!! The parts they shipped me were different from what was in the picture that I ordered; nonetheless, I tried instaling the parts that came and they did not fit my car. So I contacted them and first they asked for photos of what I received; so I sent the photos, making it clear that what I received was of a much different shape and size compared to what I ordered. Then they told me to make a video of myself trying to install the parts on my car. That is humiliating; I have already lost enough time trying to install them, I'm not about to waste more time so that they will believe me. The parts are different and they do not fit, but they refuse to refund or allow me to return until I make a video. What kind of customer service is that???”

“Absolutely awful. Product came 3 weeks late. Also the mud flaps I ordered were wrong. I ordered for a 2020 Chrysler 300. What I received were for a 2012-2016. I can even use them, they don't fit.”

“Customer service communicated well. This item is from China so any returns may be difficult but customer service was able to resolve after couple weeks of dialog. Part was not what I expected and appeared a tad long to install properly. I would possibly order again if it wasn't a part that was device critical as to what it was getting installed on.”
