Customer service communicated well.
This item is from China so any returns may be difficult but customer service was able to resolve after couple weeks of dialog.
Part was not what I expected and appeared a tad long to install properly.
I would possibly order again if it wasn't a part that was device critical as to what it was getting installed on.
