“Purchase from Aosom was smooth and swift only downside was the delivery. We purchased a rise/recline chair and considering these items are primarily purchased by dosabled/elderly person then to have just kerbside (front door) delivery is a bit of a disappointment. I had to struggle to get the 2 boxes from front door to the back of the house (living room). When I purchased the item I did read that deliveries were kerbside but there were items sent via 2 man delivery but I couldn't find anywhere that clarified the type of delivery for the item we purchased until it arrived( well if there was I didn't find it.”
“the instructions are very poor, it took me 3 days to put up and I reinforced wifh silicone around all the panes including the clips - during 50-60 mph winds the clips that hold the structure to the base failed and it blew off bending the frame to render it useless- very sad as I built this for my husband after he had a stroke - after a week of messages to aosom I was offered a 40% refund which I accepted don't buy if you get winds above 50mph”
“Unfortunately this item was not up to your usual standard. The idea was excellent but thank goodness I didn't buy two as intended.it was quite difficult to assemble ( I actually put it together twice ) in the end I gave the corners a tap to finish top and had to do the same for the legs which due to the design didn't want to stand strongly once the compost was in. I've decided to fill with silk flowers after the Spring bulbs next year which I think will be fine”
“Delivery and price were okay, however the finish and integrity of the item isn't ideal, scrated, poor edges, no screw caps just white stickers that look cheap. When nailing the back on the finish on the main helf peeled up despite great care.
It will do for now but product isn't great.”
“Manaul dose not help you to put together as not right one sent, email and photos to customer service I did not find their reply very helpful. I found the wheels very hard to fit why can't the right manaul for the parasol base be included
Other than that the base is ok bars dose help to move around”
“Bought for my husband as he spends long hours at the computer. The massging features are very mild - really have to push your back into the chair to feel the benefit. Like the reclining features - foot rest could be a bit longer for tall people - my husband is 5' 10'' - ankles hang off. Otherwise, it is comfortable for the intended use.”
“The table is a good height and matches my existing garden furniture. The suckers are inefficient to keep the glass in place. There was a complete hole missing for a screw to go into to secure the final side, not sure how this passed quality control. Hence 3☆”
“There seem to be mis communication from Aosom and Panther as I received texts from panther saying the delivery is booked and would arrive on 22nd with an estimated time so I arranged a day off to then receive a texted that day that it wasn’t going to be delivered! So I wasn’t to pleased about that. It took another 5 days after before it arrived”
