“Pretty happy with the marquee and service overall. Aosom were great to deal with. I ordered two marquees thinking I might need both, but only ended up opening and using one. I emailed them about refunding the second even though it was outside of its original 30 day window and they quite fairly said that although they would make an exception and accept the return, I would need to pay for return shipping. This was only about £11 through parcelforce and they collected it from my door so no issues there. Communication by email was good throughout, and the refund itself was prompt. No fuss. Thanks again, will look here again if I ever need anything for the garden.”

“This tree is lovely, I have ordered cheaper ones from elsewhere and had to return them as they looked plasticky but this tree is realistic! It’s 180cm so sits just under the picture rail in the lounge and I couldn’t be happier with it.”
