Item sent via DHL and delivery was left in an unsecured back garden at kids playhouse. When returned home item was missing. Driver signed my name fraudulently as received.
AOVOPRO have stated they require handwritten documents be sent via email and WILL NOT provide form to add digital signature. They will not tell me how to raise a complaint. And the will not refund me.
I am now out of pocket for the item. I have no item and have no help from the company.

“I bought an electric scooter directly from the AOVOPRO website. With less than a year of use, the display came off, and the battery had a drastic drop in performance (delivering around 50% of the initial capacity). I contacted the customer service of the website and substantiated my claims with photos, videos, and screenshots from my scooter's app. The person responsible for my assistance - Olivia, who had been responding promptly, offered me a new display and battery, which I thought was a great solution. However, I decided to inquire about the battery replacement process. Olivia promptly sent me a video tutorial on how to perform the replacement. After watching the video, I realized that it required cutting and connecting wires on the scooter's battery. Considering that I lack electrical or mechanical repair skills, I found it very risky to attempt this task, as I could potentially end up damaging the scooter further, which, despite its issues, still functions. Faced with this, I proposed to Olivia that, instead of taking the risk of this repair, I would prefer to receive a voucher equivalent to the value of the offered parts: the new display and battery, in the form of a discount on the website for the purchase of a new scooter. This way, as a consumer, I would have an additional expense, BUT I would have the assurance of owning a fully functioning scooter. Following this proposal, the person responsible for my assistance simply STOPPED responding to me. I sent this email with my counterproposal on 26/10, and after several days without a response, I sent a new email on 30/10, still without a reply. It is absurd to leave a customer with a problem that has already been verified talking to themselves. If this solution was not possible, at the very least, it should have been communicated, and a dialogue should have been maintained to find a reasonable solution. I am completely dissatisfied, not only with the product, which has shown an extremely short lifespan - almost disposable - but also with the customer service that simply leaves a consumer without a response, even after acknowledging the existence of a problem that should be resolved.”
“Very bad customer experience, as my scooter faced a E7 error ( motor issue) in 3 months of purchase, as I have mailing the customer service for months and i have not receive the motor. the customer support assistant have delayed saying that they are in holidays and motors are not available in stock, which is very disappointing and i am not able to use scooter. the warrant is not helping me.”
“If I could give this scooter NO stars I would. Absolutely a hunk of Chinese made JUNK. Kick stand fell off within one week. Controller burnt to a crisp within one month. Replacement part instructions sent in MANDARIN. Email bot "customer service" is condescending and evasive. Never should have made this purchase. I received a lemon, they provide no recourse whatsoever. Save your hard earned money and buy something else.”

“I borrowed my new AOVO electric scooter to my friend while being abroad on vacation. My friend called me on thursday evening while she had been driving home from work and all the suddenly the handlebar broke in two. This scooter had been purchased in may/june and was in my eyes in "perfect condition" (only 50 km driven and no damage from before) and should definitely not brake in two. Luckily small damage was produced to my friend (knee swollen after impact and hands scratched).
This model New 2023 AOVOPRO Electric Scooter ES80 M365 Pro Long Range High Speed Foldable Electric Scooter should have been better than the model before. This model vs. 2020/2021 model are definitely not in the same league; earlier model was faster, better brakes, better battery, better distance range, more safe!
I am very disappointed with the scooter as the previous one was absolutely amazing and this new model should have been an improved version, I was wrong.

“Horrendous, horrendous customer service, I’ve been waiting for a new wheel/motor since June. I get short emails saying they will ‘urge the warehouse’ and nothing else and that’s if they even respond, it’s been over two months now. I even emailed the repair shop they use in the UK in desperation and the chap said all the parts were stuck in customs! These scooters are great when working but honestly think twice as if anything goes wrong I think you’re talking to an AI, not a real person. Awful”
“I bought the scooter back in April. I used it for 30 minutes one day. It was fun. The next time I went to take it out it would not work. I checked all connections and nothing seemed wrong. I contacted aovopro.
It was suggested that maybe the battery was broken. I was asked if they sent me a new battery would I be able to change it myself. I said I would try. This happened but the scooter still was not working.
It was suggested that maybe the starter was not working. If they sent me the part would I be able to change it myself. I said I would try. This I did. Scooter still not working. it was suggested that maybe the motor was not working. A motor was sent to me and I changed it. Scooter still not working.
I asked for a replacement scooter. I was told that it was more than 30 days and that I would need to send them the scooter for them to fix it.
Seeing as I had reported the problem within 30 days of purchase I thought I should receive a new scooter.
After many communications backwards and forwards I asked them to send me a postage label so that I could return the scooter. I have asked them five times for this and I still have not received it. We are now in August. I still don’t have a working scooter.

“I had a very bad experience with the service. My scooter came with several defects and I requested the product warranty, they simply did not solve my problem or just ignored my emails, a terrible customer service. Now I'm here with a new scooter that was used only 1 time full of defects.
I hope that Aovopro will solve my case as soon as possible, otherwise I will never refer the company to anyone as they do not give a warranty.”

I have sent 6 or 7 emails requesting an update since June they have deliberately ignored me. I have had my faulty scooter for less than 1 year.
