“I contacted Apostile.co.za after the SA authorities failed to produce my wife's birth certificate after 2 requests. They didn't even reply to either. Zerelda was efficient and helpful. Unfortunately, being such a corrupt country, you can expect the authorities to deliberately get your information wrong so they can charge you extra. An example - I filled in the form, that you have to complete, correctly but whoever transcribed the form filled it in wrong. Not my mistake right? Right, but they still charged ME to make the changes, even though it was their fault. Disgraceful. However, as much as I might be angry with having to pay twice, anger doesn't solve the issue and you just have to suck it up. Zerelda sorted it and I received the Apostilled document a few weeks later.”

“I was a little sceptical that Apostil.co.za would be able to deliver on its promise to procure us the documents we needed in so short a time, given my knowledge of how long things can take in SA. However they delivered within the specified time frame. Amazing!”

“It was a no hassle, fast and convenient experience. I applied for the premium service on 18 December 2024 and was informed that there may be delays due to the fact that it was Christmas holidays. I however got a digital copy of my SA police clearance 9 days later, and received the hard copy in the UK on the 6 January 2025. Candace kept me posted and up to date. THank you for the sterling service over this holiday season Candace.”
