“I had elicted the services of Apostil whilst living abroad in China. I urgently required my unabridged marriage certificate for immigration purposes to the US. Upon submitting a few documents to Cherissa Chandh, I received my certificate within a week. Her service was excellent and her responses were given within 24 hr by email, despite a time difference. Well worth the price for what should have taken 6-8 weeks! Highly recommended!”

“Absolutely appalled by this Service provider! To all expats that want to conduct a Renunciation from abroad, I’d advise against utilizing Apostil for this and to rather save yourself the overpriced service fee and get it done through the Embassy or Consulate. It’s does NOT take as advertised on their website between 6-12 Weeks. I’ve been waiting 6 Months now with no feedback or informative correspondence from Apostil. Extremely poor customer service!”

“I had a positive experience with the apostil who assisted me in obtaining my police clearance certificate despite living abroad. It is always great to receive efficient and helpful service, especially when it comes to obtaining important documents in a timely manner. Apostil was quick to respond and was very professional testament to their commitment to their clients and their expertise in navigating the complicated process of obtaining a police clearance certificate. “THIS IS A SCAM. I paid Apostil for a police clearance which Apostil advertises will take 15-30 days. Payment was made over two months ago, 23 Jan and it's now 28 Mar 2023. I have left three messages on their answering service for the manager to return my calls (Jesse Green, I believe) but with no response. I have been dealing with Lerato who has stopped responding to my emails and calls. I think that they offer nothing more than you can get from applying yourself at a police station.”

“Service was extremely good. They kept me updated each step of the process and I received the documents in the estimated timeframe. It's the first time that I used their services and I would highly recommend them. “Excellent, professional service from a trustworthy company. I was a bit concerned paying upfront for a service that deals with Home Affairs. Despite the lag over the Christmas period, our document was issued in about 8 weeks and sent timeously via courier to us. Cherese answered emails promptly and we were alerted when the DHA had provided our document to Apostil. I can fully recommend the company and thank them for being top notch.”
