“The purchase of a new washing machine was smooth and the price was good but during the installation a fault was made by the third party installer. This fault would interfere with the correct operation of the washing machine and might cause long-term water leakage. We are now 1.5 weeks without a working washing machine in a household of five. And I spent several hours on the phone trying to get things organised. While Appliance Central has organised a repair at their cost (the right thing to do) this has taken far too much time to warrant a high satisfaction score.”

“I was impressed with the constant contact regarding my delivery. Also when the driver and associate delivered my goods, it didn't go unnoticed the extreme level of care that was taken when handling and placing the goods. Great staff very polite.”
