“Experience and cost of the item was great and LG C5 image is lot better than last years C4. What could be improved here is the transport side of this. I live in rural Victoria and delivery was 8 day turn around from time of the despatch. Other online retailers also located in Sydney usually have maximum of 5 days to my door which also involves tv's and montiors etc which is a lot better experience in my opinion.”

“I made a mistake on my purchase so I called up to rectify it. I was told I'd get a call back for the adjustment amount to be paid but never got that call so I called in fear of receiving a product that I didn't want. It got sorted out but I was still anxious till I received the product as I didn't get an email update that the product had been changed over.”

“No problem with your service, but you should be using a different delivery company. They are useless. If they don’t want to deliver it that day they postpone it. It’s ridiculous”

“I’m very happy with the process from purchasing online on the web until the delivery of the tv I was notified via email for every updates on the order details Delivery courier also great. I was on the backyard when they rang the doorbell and couldn’t hear Instead of leaving a note, they texted and called. Happy with the sale price too - it was cheaper compared to other stores Giving it 4 stars, simply because there’s always rooms to improve.”

“No problem with the product /price But when I put in the delivery instructions to deliver after a certain date so someone could be home so it would be helpful if the read the instructions Luckily after a bit of detective work I found the courier’s number and he was so accommodating to make sure someone would be home to take delivery”

“The Appliance was as ordered. With aTracking Number, due to arrive on the 6th Oct. However, Aramax tried to deliver on the 1st, unfortiunately in the small window I had gone out. They left a note with an addres to PICK THE PARCEL UP FROM !!. In Perth, Aramex only have one depot, In Welshpool, approx 45min to an Hour drive each way from My House. Fantastic, This means I will not order from Appliance Central again. The reason is, the SENDER had required a signature, Rather than following my instructions to "leave at the front door !!", as most other deliveries do !”

“Appliance central were easy to talk to over the phone, dropped the fridge on the day but made me wait all day at home it's ok for me but if you are working it would be very frustrating to wait that long . The fridge arrived in good shape the workers were very kind and helpful by removing our old fridge to the garage and taking the freezer.thank you will buy more items from Appliance Central .”

“I bought a fridge/freezer Hisense, 325 litres, delivery to my Sydney address was free, and it was cheaper than anywhere else also. Hick-up with the delivery, came a day late, the delivery contractor made a mistake, but the men who turned up were super-friendly and apologetic, one of them really loved my Peace Lily's root system in my fishtank, he said it's so good for the fish. So, I can't be mad at such a nice person, can I? Fridge is cool, all good. Shelves a bit flimsy, but I don't live with rowdy children, so all good. Thank you.”
