“Received the Hisense washing machine delivery on time. But the delivery man struggled to connect the washing machine to the drainage pipe. I was told I needed to new the hose clamp. I was not informed of this by Appliance Central. Hence the struggle. After struggling for half an hour he finally make it work using the same old clamp that my previous washing machine was connected to. The washing machine itself is leaking water from the detergent drawer once washing is done. Of course this is nothing to with Appliance Central.”

“Thank you for the prompt delivery. While the delivery person was excellent and very professional, I noticed a safety concern. Only one person was assigned to move the fridge, despite the packaging instructions requiring at least two people. I’m highlighting this to ensure better adherence to safety protocols in the future.”

“Experience and cost of the item was great and LG C5 image is lot better than last years C4. What could be improved here is the transport side of this. I live in rural Victoria and delivery was 8 day turn around from time of the despatch. Other online retailers also located in Sydney usually have maximum of 5 days to my door which also involves tv's and montiors etc which is a lot better experience in my opinion.”
