“competitive prices and the boys who made the delivery were great. would give 5 stars except for an issue with the truck made delivery a day late but AC kept me informed. Will definately use again”

“Product came as expected, in good shape. Delivery men were great with nothing too much of a problem. Unfortunately, wooden floor got scratched a bit taking the old fridge out, and they said that head office would call to discuss (still waiting). But overall very good.”

“Price, good. AC phone manner, average. We needed a new frig ASAP, and AC was able to deliver quickly and on time. I would have liked the product to have been unpacked in the kitchen area to avoid any floor damage but the delivery team were not very receptive. My only concern was 2 barely perceptable dents on the front door that occasionally catches my eye in the right light but the unit (Electrolux) is performing well and it is not worth pursuing the issue.”

“Overall, highly satisfied but had some issues with online payment. Attempting to purchase online via credit card, the portal processed malfunctioned after submitting the payment, leaving it unclear whether payment had been made (on two separate submissions). When calling the store to follow-up, they were responsive and were able to facilitate purchase over the phone with minimal fuss once requested. Price was one of the most competitive I could find (if not the cheapest), and delivery was arranged for next business day. Would happily buy from them again and hope that payment glitches would have been resolved as this was the only downside to the purchase!”

“Could be significantly cheaper. Seems to work OK on Blue-Ray DVDs, but I have not yet sourced a 4k DVD for trialling. The 'Region-block' is a mean-spirited move by this company, blatantly targeting profits over customer-satisfaction. (I have a few old English DVDs which are in a different Region [2]).”

“Good price, quick to ship, staff helpful, however the courier company Aramex posted notice that the parcel would be delivered 3 days later, stayed home all day to receive it, never arrived, in fact after my several attempts to contact them via their website (3 times) and telephone call (diverted to another country operator who tried to get rid of me), it finally arrived one week later. Never once did the courier company call me back despite my efforts to contact them.”

“Good prompt service and delivery at competitive price. Unfortunately the delivery people didn't take as much care as necessary and stained the carpet with the trolley and water leaking from old washing machine.”
