“Best price, but had to wait a bit for delivery. When delivered, wouldn’t fit thru door into lift well. I took the doors off frig and delivery man came back in two days and took unit upstairs - no additional delivery charge. That is a good service.”

“Good price. Slight issue with delivery - I am sure when I ordered I was told the courier would ring to arrange a delivery time (and the label on the package told them to) but they did not. Luckily not a problem but it could have been”

“The ordering and follow-up are satisfactory. The delivery said a signature was required, so I stayed home because I did not want to rearrange the delivery. In the end, the courier rang the doorbell and left the item. I think the signature would be important for a $645 item.”

“I purchased the kambrook electric jug model KKE280. It works fine. I've had one before and it lasted 3 years. My only concern is that it took 12 days to be delivered using standard delivery.”

“Gave 4/5 as no-one is perfect. However, even though I seldom do so, & am reticent to shop online, found website very easy & smart to use. Service, delivery, payment method without fault. 2 Factor authentication for credit card to be applauded. Would definitely shop here again, even though am in another state. I used this Co. as product needed not stocked locally. Well done & thank you for efficient service.”

“Estimated delivery date was five days ago and I have still not received the item. Aramex couriers are not reliable and this reflects unfairly on the seller. I ordered this item on the basis of a quick delivery for an event which has now passed so I feel annoyed.”
