“Product in stock and at a competitve price, delivered as per std delivery. Product is fine but efforts to discuss a new issue revealed large restock fee if you want to return and item (25% I think) and some difficulty in communication requiring repetion after misunderstandings of whta I was saying. I was advised to email sales which I did immediately and havent heard back (not even an acknowledgement after over 24 hours during standard week day, SOO I'm thinking perhaps not the greatest after sale service and possibly? they just want to get things sold and then discourage any further customer contact. I could be wrong? Maybe too early to tell?”

“All went well throughout. The only suggestion for improvement would be a response that definitely says whether the washing machine ordered is in stock or will be a back order. Ours turned out to be in stock so all ended up okay after some concern.”

“Communication was great, had a lovely chat with reception on estimated time of arrival with my purchase, the driver rang me to say he’d be at my address at a certain time on the day and he turned up on time, l wasn’t home so my wife accepted the delivery and said driver brought the appliance onto the premises. Everyone was happy 4 out of 5 is pretty good but no one or company is perfect. Thank you appliance Central”

“Product as-described and delivered on time. My instructions for safest delivery method (via adjacent spare corner block) were not passed onto driver so he used risky access from busy road.”

“Appliance Central is presumably reliable however I have yet to receive my parcel which was supposed to be here last Thursday. I'm hoping it arrives this week sometime given the ''minor'' delays.”
