I think I have already written a review but as you are asking I was surprised when my appliance arrived to find it was not already in one piece. I was unable to put it together myself and was quite cross about the lack of prior information given. In the end I had to ask other people to help me with it. Not happy

We're not happy with the delivery company. They have promised to call me next day (Saturday or the following monday) to confirm if they could come back on these days to pick up the old washing machine. After numbers of text sent to the delivery guy, we have received no reply from them. Very very upset to this when he have promised but ignor your calls & messages.

I cancelled my purchase 19 min. after purchase by emails and one phone call. I was told refund would happen in 4-6 days. I calle agin a few days later and was told refund was comming. It is now quite a few days ago amd mothing has happened.

I feel let down by appliance central as they refuse to allow a return for the product i purchased which was never used due to finding a gas pipe which i can not move. I was informed that the plastic wrap around the product had to be unopened even though the product was not used and in perfect condition.

After receiving a Westinghouse electric kettle, that is being marketed as "deluxe glass kettle" (on Westinghouse website; Appliance Central has almost no description in the listing) and seeing that it has a lot of plastic parts that would be in direct contact with water, I created a refund request. The request has been ignored for almost 3 weeks, there has even been no email confirmation of this request. Very disappointing. In the meantime the listing for this kettle model shows that it would be a "Back order" and that the stock is too low. So even with insufficient stock Appliance Central are ignoring the possibility of this return.

Trying to arrange a time to have the product delivered has been ridiculous. I have still not received the item. Communication is poor, response time is poor. I will never use this company again.

Heater arrived damaged. I phoned and was asked to send photos, did so and still didn't receive a reply. Called again and was told we would need to repackage it, a courier would collect it and then we would need to wait to receive a replacement heater. I asked if we could receive the replacement and organise pickup at the same time but this was denied, so we would be without the heater for at least 2 weeks. This is a disappointing result and has not been adequately resolved.

LG Sound Bar arrived and had been opened. While the rear speakers where in unsealed packaging. The sound bar had been out, the HDMI port was slightly damaged but still worked, there where finger prints on the sound bar unit. I provided photos but they wanted more photos. Not a great service but a good sound bar.

I had a terrible experience with the delivery of my new fridge, which was purchased with installation and packaging removal through Appliances Central. Unfortunately, they outsourced the delivery to DJT Logistics, and the service was appalling. The delivery staff were rude and completely unhelpful. They claimed the fridge couldn’t fit through my doorway because of the door, but I managed to remove the door myself in under five minutes. While I was doing that, they rushed back to the truck and left the fridge outside in the rain. I was left to move the fridge into the house by myself—a hazardous situation, especially since I had just mentioned that I was taking care of my newborn. The service I paid for—delivery, unpacking, and installation—was not provided at all. It’s unacceptable that DJT Logistics failed so completely, and even more concerning is that they showed no regard for basic professionalism or safety. I strongly urge Appliances Central to reconsider their partnership with DJT Logistics so no other customer has to go through what I did.

Product works excellent. The TV is what is expected it to be and price was very good compared to other competitors. But OH BOY, the after sales support is very shocking. I opted to the get TV using GemVisa Interest free and I got charged twice. After many emails, phone calls and over a week after, still no resulution.

Ordered a washing machine, it was in stock. I get a call saying it is being delivered next day, they i get an email saying no stock. It will be delivered 3 to 5 days. Finally I get my order after 10 days, not happy

I ordered a bar speaker and I got a gym weight plate. I’ve attached emails with photos and videos.I raised a complaint on this and they said they are investigating. I’m still waiting for a response. Someone please check on this and deliver me a new one or refund me my money. I need this for a function so please help me on this.

The courier service is absolutely atrocious. Aramex is a massive problem and the partnership that Appliance Central have with them will mean I won't shop with them ever again.

Unable to review as I haven't received my order. Have waited 2 weeks, I received a text stating the TV had been sent to the delivery. They notified me that the goods hadn't been received. I contacted appliance central and was told that there was a delay because needed to receive from warehouse. I would have appreciated being updated re the delay. NOT satisfied.
