We purchased a Westinghouse dishwasher from Appliance Central but there were insufficient photos of the inside of the dishwasher and the outside of the dishwasher when the top was removed which leaves the inside of the dishwasher open for bugs to get in.

I have not received the TV that I ordered. I have had no contact from Appliance Central since they canceled the scheduled delivery and said the item was not in stock after all and would be ordered from ths supplier. The new timeframe given for delivery has passed with no update despite requests for an update.

Aramex is trash. They are not able to be contacted. Three weeks and not TV and no refund yet. Everybody at Appliance central was nice, but when you can’t even contact your courier service - you need to partner with somebody else.

Delivery guys were very rude to my Wife and very unprofessional. I would never make another purchase as i said to my friends and family, worst, rude and unprofessional delivery guy i have ever came across.

I purchased a 75 inch LG TV from Appliance Central which took 2 days to arrive, which was great! BUT…It arrived with a massive crack across the screen. It took them a week to pick up the TV after I had to do numerous follow up phone calls and emails to return it to the warehouse. It’s now been nearly 3 weeks and still no refund. I have sent numerous emails (with no response) and then followed up with a phone call to which they assured me a refund will be processed. So it’s great when you buy something off Appliance Central but hope it doesn’t arrive damaged, as it’s an absolute nightmare trying to get it returned to their warehouse and a refund issued in a reasonable amount of time.

well so far all I can say is that I ordered my steam mop on the 4th of April was advised it would be DELIVERED on 12th April I still dont have the mop on the 14/04/24 I have been asked to drive 2 hours to a warehouse by the delivery company called - Aramex for me to pick it up Unsure why it can not be delivered as promised as the delivery company aramex is 15 mins from my front door - i have offered to pick it up from there depot at Berkley vale as they seem to have a problem with delivery, but all the delivery company say is we will text/email you - but I am still waiting for their text or email I have had no phone calls/text/ emails But I have paid for the mop in full

I ordered an LG tv for $2,100 that was broken. When unboxing the tv, the screen has a bunch of dead cells at the top right of the screen. When trying to resolve this they provide lots of excuses and it has now been 4 weeks with no resolution. They said that they will replace the screen but I haven’t heard a thing and get out on hold every time I call. I would rather pay more from a store that can assist than deal with this unreliable brand and its ‘employees’.

After the purchase I got an e-mail that it would take 2 weeks to ship my stuff. Two weeks later, no updates. Emailed the company and was told that would take more 5 business day. One week later, nothing. I sent another e-mail. This time they told there it was a product shortage but should arrive in stock in 3 days (although their web-site was still displaying it as available for Newcastle region). Four days later... nothing! My wife tried to call to get the purchase canceled, but guess what, their call center takes hours to pick your call. Emailed once more, they asked for more 4 days... This time, yaaay!, ready to ship. They called on a Tuesday, during working hours, I didn't see the call. Around 3:30 pm they send an email asking to confirm until 2 pm of that day if there would be someone at home to receive the product next day. I answered yes, but then they replied that the truck already left and I could only get my stuff the following Tuesday. So, in short, after nearly 2 months, I got the stuff I bought.

Hi still waiting for delivery. I have tried to speak with arramax delivery people however there is no one to speak with. Apparently they tried to deliver I was at the address all day until 5 pm didn’t receive any tracking details Are you able assist Thanks Tony

Fridge delivered seriously damaged. Refused delivery but tehe delivery driver refused to take it back stating we use it and they will organise a replacement. Called to confirm while they were still here. Sent through the photos and emailed as requested and are now told can only get a $100 refund for an $1800 damaged fridge that doesn't work properly because we used it. Called a thousand times to follow up. Am advised that soemone will call back which they never do. Will never use Appliance Central again and will recommend everyone avoid it.

Ordered a microwave weeks ago only to receive a notification that they don’t have it in stock. No estimation of when it will be restocked, refunds available or any customer service communication. I tried to call and never got through, and no availability to leave a message. Have emailed with no response. Haven’t received my purchase or any communications. Almost feels like a scam.

Item has not arrived. I was requird to wait for 4 entire days next to my front door to sign for the package. Thats around $7000 of lost potential earnings(4days x 8hrs x $220 per hr). Aramex Courier appears to have lost the package. I have asked for a refund multiple times without assistance from Appliance central who have said to just keep wasting money by waiting by the door.

Delivery men didn’t take rubbish away even though I had a confirmation with the options and conditions as I have purchased and there’s no product manual book at all.
