This is the worst online company I have had to deal with. Do not buy from them. They have zero customer service. They did not tell me at the beginning that they don't deliver to a post office box. After a week of not receiving anything I emailed them to ask where my item was and only then did they tell me they don't deliver to a PO Box. If I hadn't emailed them I would still be waiting. My house is under renovations and I asked if they could ring me when they arrived so I could come out and get it. They couldn't do that. They suggested I get the item delivered after the renovations were completed. They were going to take 6mths. I advised them I was a shift worker and could they deliver the item before 12md when I went sleep. They could not do anything to help me and just sent the item to me anyway. The delivery company sent me a text saying they would send me a text on the day of delivery. I rang the delivery company asking them to ring me when they arrived and they said they would. I didn't get the text or a phone call and they left the item at my rear door in the rain. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Very bad delivery experience followed by me asking for Appliance Centrals help, they did nothing. I lost a $76 deposit to trades for TV wall installation and both Appliance Central and Allied Express have not responded to my messages.

Promised call back never occurred. Delivery said to be tried twice but driver observed to just drop cards without trying to deliver.no accountability from either delivery company nor appliance central. Appliance central phone support did not do what it undertook to do. Couldn’t be more enraged by the pretending to help but really just doing whatever it takes to just get the customer off the line and avoid accountability

10/12/2024 - purchased LG Fridge for $3,679 24/12/2024 - emailed Appliance Central to request adjustment to purchase as price down to $3,590 - NO RESPONSE 06/01/2025 - emailed Appliance Online to request adjustment to purchase as price down to $3,520 - NO RESPONSE 10/01/2025 - fridge delivered - NO RESPONSE TO MY 2 PRIOR EMAILS FRONT DOOR DAMAGED BRINGING IN FRIDGE AND REMOVING OLD FRIDGE

I have not received the item, in fact it has not been taken to the transport companies' depot in Sydney yet! It has been 9 days since the purchase was made. Get a PROFESSIONAL courier service!

Am still waiting for my item to be delivered. It has been sent from Broadmeadow on 06/01 to Warnambool which is further from where I live. The truck would have been within 25 kms of my home when in transit. It makes no sense to send it further from my home.

I order a fridge and tv in November for delivery just before Christmas. The day of delivery I was notified that they didn't have any stock of the fridge (notwithstanding that there was four of the same fridge in the delivery vehicle). It is now early January with no communication as to when I will now receive the fridge. Extremely poor customer service

Terrible customer service. Purchased a fridge at Christmas based on its availability and due date. The delivery was cancelled at 11am the day it was due. I was promised to be the first in line with an 8am delivery. The delivery guys, who were actually absolutely lovely, arrived after 1pm.

The pedestal I ordered has not yet been received. It was a gift for my daughter to take with her to Port Macquarie as she is relocating there for 12 months. She left for PM today. I’m very dissatisfied.
