Item purchased showing 'in stock'. Received email after a few days saying it wasn't in stock and would need to be ordered. Still not delivery (2 weeks later) and could have purchased elsewhere an had item by now.

I received my brand new fridge with a dint in the front door, I emailed them letting them Know, and asked what could be done about this, with no response, not good enough.

I purchased a TV at Appliance Central, the very next day the exact same TV was $100 cheaper. I contacted the sales team before my TV was sent asking them to stop the delivery or refund the difference which did not happen. I have tried to follow up the sales team multiple times now as I want to return the TV but no one will get back to me after contacting them numerous times. Their customer communication is lacking greatly. I would not purchase from this retailer again.

Having not been delivered on day nominated by supplier, I informed supplier that no one would be home to receive goods on following day. Supplier agreed to delay delivery for one day. However, goods were delivered and left on door step. Just lucky that they weren’t stolen or damaged. Other than that TV meets expectations.

Appliance central need to look at a better courier service for Tasmania - my goods were sitting at Hobart depot for 7 days before delivered to me, I did email Appliance Central but still waiting for email response,

Delivery date didn’t happen took day off to be here. I Rang for an estimated time and told it was coming to then get a phone call later saying delivery driver hurt his back. Last time I ordered same exact thing which I believed and understood but both times seriously. Finally delivered few days after. Washing machine wouldn’t drain water. Trying to get a replacement- told manufacturer technician had to come check it first. Yet several days pass haven’t even gotten a time or date for technician. Due to it being a brand new machine under consumer law I have a right to a replacement or refund. You would think they would send out a replacement straight away- as a happy customer would continue to buy products and recommend other people to buy from you. The longer it’s left the more inconvenient and more time off to be available for deliveries or technicians. It is really bad customer service. I understand sometimes there is faulty products but it is how a business deals with mishaps like this that matters. I should not have to continue to chase this. I’m still waiting for a return call !!

The online purchase process for a Panasonic microwave was straight forward. They promptly shipped it to the courier. Since then the process and effort to receive the microwave was the worst I have ever experienced. Their courier tracking system was totally useless. After 2-3 days I get an email it eill be delivered today (Friday). I tried to get more information about approximate time window ie morning or evening as I need to move some commitments,but I received a generic email that their response will be within two to three days. About 4pm, still not delivered. Found a telephone number, probably overseas, they confirmed it will be delivered by 5pm. 6pm nothing yet, called the number again to hear that they are closed till Monday. The saga didn't stop there, after more confusions, I finally got it on Tuesday. Sadly the hopeless courier tarnished the supplier's reputation. Will never use them again.

Ordered a free standing stove realised I ordered the wrong size rang up to cancel order, that was no problem however I was then told i needed to wait a week for the stove to be returned back to them even though it had not been delivered to me or left the courier as they had been injured which delayed the delivery in the first place and at a fee of $85 to me, no correspondence from appliance Central until I contacted them to see where it all was at, long story short I was lied to several times from several people on the phone about what was happening with the refund, its day 8 and still waiting after being told 24/48 hours ridiculous services would not recommend and would not order through them again! Do better appliance central

The delivery experience was very poor. As is very common in modern laundries, our laundry requires an under-sink connection for the washing machine. The delivery team did not have a clamp to connect the hose. These clamps cost $1.50 at Bunnings, so should just be carried on the truck. The delivery team also thought it was too hard to connect the electricals (30 seconds to move a shelf) and that our pipes were "too loose" (30 seconds to tighten by hand). When I complained to Appliances Central about the poor delivery experience, I received an extraordinarily rude email from a member of the delivery team. Don't advertise delivery and install if you are not carrying clamps and willing to spend 2 minutes to problem solve to complete installations.

Bad experience. After received the vacuum I realised the model I ordered was wrong. So I requested for a return. Got no answer. Then requested again after waiting for a week, but still no response. I won't do any more business with AC!

Perched a tv Order ID 230346 on 03/11/24. Today is 15/11/24. The courier company you are using so called Aramex did not deliver the parcel when I was waiting till it arrived. The driver who came ro not says he could not find my house. I tried to get it re delivered and Aramex is sending me emails saying it will be delivered next day and again another 2 to 3 days. Not received up to know. I DO NOT WANT THIS TV ANY MORE. Please refund my money. First time buyer from Appliance Central. Very dissappointing.

Don’t do it. I ordered a microwave over 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it. Appliance central under declared the weight so Aramex now holding it until they pay the gap. Have messaged, emailed and called these people multiple times (they even asked me to give them the Aramex phone number) and still no response or resolution. You call and they ask you to email them then they don’t get back to you. After over a week of trying my microwave is still being held by Aramex.

Ordered an item online, and paid for it on the spot. Ws promised it would be here in 2 business days. It has now been 11 days and item not received. When I followed it up a few days ago I received a reponse stating they are out fo stovck and waiting for delivery. Another online company offered the same item at a better price, if I knew I was going to wait I would have purchased from them. I purchased from you because your website said item is in stock and will be delivered in 2 days. 11 days later I am still waiting witgh no ETA on delivery?
