The pedestal I ordered has not yet been received. It was a gift for my daughter to take with her to Port Macquarie as she is relocating there for 12 months. She left for PM today. I’m very dissatisfied.

I can’t write a review as the TV has not been delivered. I was advised that it would arrive on the 31 December. I wish I had been forewarned that the delivery service Aramex may not be able to deliver on time. Should have made a local purchase. Unimpressed.

Delivered item 2 weeks late than the requested delivery date due to stock mismatch. Delivery truck came in without the actual washing machine that was purchased! Although customer service was good enough but had to go through lot of inconvenience!

Congratulations. I am 65 years of age and you have delivered me the worst Retail experience of my life. It started with the delivery of my new fridge. The Couriers tried once to get the fridge in the door (which should have been wide enough according to your specifications) then gave up after one attempt and left it at our door. After numerous attempts to get it moved I had to pay Removalists $300. They came in, slipped the door off its hinges and took the fridge straight in. It took 5 minutes. Then as pert of my deal i rang to have the old fridge removed. Your people confirmed the date then no one showed up. I was given another date then informed half way through the day it too had been cancelled. A third booking was made and yet again it was a no show. I then made other arrangements. During this whole time I contacted your support staff on 5 occaisions and in each instance was told they would get back to me with the answer to my question. Not one called back and when I asked to speak specifically with whom I had been speaking I was always told it was there day off or they were in a meeting. Your back up service is non existant and rest assured I will be making comments to this extent on various Social media platforms over the next few days

Impossible to get a hold of. Been ringing the number everyday with no answer or straight to busy. Delivery is just sitting in Sydney for a week with aramex. No response to email or form submitted online. Disgraceful.

Waited more than one month for the fridge to be delivered. No updates in between, no communications. I have to call three times to follow ups. Don’t want to do any business in the future.

While you the goods promptly dispatched the courier company you are using is the worst we have experienced. Consequently as per my previous message to you about this we will not be buying from you again.

Item purchased showing 'in stock'. Received email after a few days saying it wasn't in stock and would need to be ordered. Still not delivery (2 weeks later) and could have purchased elsewhere an had item by now.

I received my brand new fridge with a dint in the front door, I emailed them letting them Know, and asked what could be done about this, with no response, not good enough.

I purchased a TV at Appliance Central, the very next day the exact same TV was $100 cheaper. I contacted the sales team before my TV was sent asking them to stop the delivery or refund the difference which did not happen. I have tried to follow up the sales team multiple times now as I want to return the TV but no one will get back to me after contacting them numerous times. Their customer communication is lacking greatly. I would not purchase from this retailer again.

Having not been delivered on day nominated by supplier, I informed supplier that no one would be home to receive goods on following day. Supplier agreed to delay delivery for one day. However, goods were delivered and left on door step. Just lucky that they weren’t stolen or damaged. Other than that TV meets expectations.

Appliance central need to look at a better courier service for Tasmania - my goods were sitting at Hobart depot for 7 days before delivered to me, I did email Appliance Central but still waiting for email response,
