My only problem was with the delivery company. When the package tracker indicated it would be delivered that day I stayed home to collect. By afternoon I had no contact from the delivery driver, so I checked the tracker again only to find it had been delivered. It was left behind reception but the driver did not buzz my unit. We have been experiencing major problems with theft in our highrise, so I was very lucky that the appliance was still there.

Not happy with delivery. I was at home yet it was delivered to the post office,where I faced difficulties to collect.

I am still waiting on my delivery. Have tried every way to find out where it’s at and I just keep can’t seem to get a reply. Something doesn’t happen soon. I’ll be making a complaint.

The tv I bought is excellent as was the delivery service. However on the advice of your contact person I asked for a price match and have not received a response, a sign of poor business practice and poor customer relations.

Ordered a Hisense 40"Smart TV on 30th Jan 2025, item was on back order with advice that order would be filled between 7-14 business days. Contacted Appliance Central after 14 days, response that still on back order, contacted Appliance Central weekly with same response even though Hisense had stock within 3 weeks of my order. Received the item on 21st March.Once despatched item arrived quickly and item works satisfactorily.

Ok customer service until I received the product. A part was not there. I quickly sent an email and it has not been answered. Also, I gave my email address and phone number with the order. I have since been plagued with scam emails, and phone calls. Maybe it is a coincidence, but I don't think so. Re how fast did the company reply to my query - I am still waiting. No box to tick that is appropriate below.

My main grievance is that you sent the parcel through Aramex with a signature on delivery. I couldn’t change it and had to ride my bicycle over thirty kilometres to retrieve my parcel. If you continue to use Aramex with a signature and a no parcel locker policy I will take my business elsewhere.

The purchase of a new washing machine was smooth and the price was good but during the installation a fault was made by the third party installer. This fault would interfere with the correct operation of the washing machine and might cause long-term water leakage. We are now 1.5 weeks without a working washing machine in a household of five. And I spent several hours on the phone trying to get things organised. While Appliance Central has organised a repair at their cost (the right thing to do) this has taken far too much time to warrant a high satisfaction score.

Although the cooling apparatus appears to work reasonably well, the noise the appliance makes is so loud I can’t hear the TV at its normal volume; by increasing the volume could cause a disturbance with my neighbours on the floor below. I bought this particular model because it very closely resembles another bought by friends some years ago which is much quieter. Please advise if you have something similar that does not make so much disturbance. I would like to return the current model but will await your further advice.

Ordered my order the beginning of December. It’s now the end of December and nothing has come. Called twice this week to follow up with both the team and aramex and no one could tell me the arrival. I have cancelled my order because it’s too late to arrive in time for Xmas.

Poor delivery woman who was driver was so rude and keep saying that you haven’t paid for delivery to your unit, you just paid for installation and should yourself take refrigerator, washer and … to your unit then I will come and install!!!!
