“Ok customer service until I received the product. A part was not there. I quickly sent an email and it has not been answered. Also, I gave my email address and phone number with the order. I have since been plagued with scam emails, and phone calls. Maybe it is a coincidence, but I don't think so. Re how fast did the company reply to my query - I am still waiting. No box to tick that is appropriate below.”

“My main grievance is that you sent the parcel through Aramex with a signature on delivery. I couldn’t change it and had to ride my bicycle over thirty kilometres to retrieve my parcel. If you continue to use Aramex with a signature and a no parcel locker policy I will take my business elsewhere.”

“The purchase of a new washing machine was smooth and the price was good but during the installation a fault was made by the third party installer. This fault would interfere with the correct operation of the washing machine and might cause long-term water leakage. We are now 1.5 weeks without a working washing machine in a household of five. And I spent several hours on the phone trying to get things organised. While Appliance Central has organised a repair at their cost (the right thing to do) this has taken far too much time to warrant a high satisfaction score.”

“Although the cooling apparatus appears to work reasonably well, the noise the appliance makes is so loud I can’t hear the TV at its normal volume; by increasing the volume could cause a disturbance with my neighbours on the floor below. I bought this particular model because it very closely resembles another bought by friends some years ago which is much quieter. Please advise if you have something similar that does not make so much disturbance. I would like to return the current model but will await your further advice.”

“Ordered my order the beginning of December. It’s now the end of December and nothing has come. Called twice this week to follow up with both the team and aramex and no one could tell me the arrival. I have cancelled my order because it’s too late to arrive in time for Xmas.”

“Poor delivery woman who was driver was so rude and keep saying that you haven’t paid for delivery to your unit, you just paid for installation and should yourself take refrigerator, washer and … to your unit then I will come and install!!!!”

“The website is fine etc but the freight company used are horrible. Didn’t deliver the package as I was not home to sign. Couldn’t opt to pick package up from other location but after paying $5.50 for redelivery and selecting a day, it delivery wasn’t attempted until a week after the selected day. I have no choice but to pay again and home someone is home, I don’t even have a choice to pikc it up from their depot. Please use a better freight company, purchased a month ago and still have no received my package.”

“The delivery team of a woman and a man left a big bundle of packaging rubbish from another job at the front of my council strip. Despite making 2 phone calls to their office, they never came back to collect the rubbish they left behind.”

“I have TWO serious Comments. 1. The tracking was very limited. IT did not include delivery.2. I left a note at my door asking for the item TO BE TAKEN TO MY LAUNDRY AT THE REAR, IF I WAS AWAY. IT WAS LEFT ON MY STEP IN FULL VIEW OF THE STREET ! I will not ne using your services in the future.”

“Piece delivered was damaged and needed to be replaced. Return process was efficient, however I am yet to hear back on when replacement will arrive. It has been about 3 weeks since I initially placed the order”
