Communication via e-mail was good but delivery was poor. Item was delivered and I was notified by e-mail, however my Wife was home and there was no doorbell or knock, no signature needed just a tv left out the front in plain sight.

Delivery was efficient however disappointed that the TV price reduced by another $250+ the day after we bought. We received a msg to “Buy now as sale ended that night” but a better price again was up the next day. Outside of this issue we would have rated as 5 star.

Good but you need to communicate to the customer when the back order possible arrives but was no communication at all also you need to communicate to the delivery driver about what customer asked for .

I have been unable to use my dryer as there was NO venting tube sent with it which seems silly as it is a vented dryer. I have had to purchase it elsewhere.

Very happy with product and competitive price, but a little disappointed with the delivery. I had the item delivered to my work place as I live in a large apartment complex where delivery is almost impossible. Even though the warehouse receiving dock and office were open, the item was left outside on the front step of the office with no attempt to deliver the item to a person. $500 piece of equipment left on the front step unattended - for no reason. Delivery to warehouse and/or office staff was 100% available. Fortunately someone happened to find the item and bring it inside. I received a message saying "left in a safe place". The item was left unattended in an unsafe place, in the open where it could easily have been stolen. The carriers may as well have left it on the side of the road.

The delivery was a bit of a nightmare. After taking a day off to be home for the scheduled (and confirmed) delivery, it wasn’t until 3pm that day that I was told the order wasn’t coming. After multiple calls back and forth it was delivered the next day - if I hadn’t pushed, it would’ve been delayed by over a week. Not the greatest experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

It took nearly 2 months to get our item with no communication at all. Along the way no a good experience at all

Delivery was on time as advised with a couple of notices beforehand. They took a lot of care to enter no markings or scratches on the wood floor. However with the installation the ice maker water connection was done incorrectly which meant it did not work. The hose connection was put on wrong way around which meant there was no water flow.

Appliance Central needs to follow up with their delivery guys. Ordered a fridge and especially requested for the packaging to be taken away. Was confirmed via email it would be taken away. Reminder the delivery guys as well, to take away the packaging, they took it outside the main door and left it there. Messaged the delivery guy and called Appliance Central but no solution!! We had to discard it ourselves

I bought a TV and was delivered to me within a week. But the problem started when I received the TV. I was sent a faulty TV. Technician already came and had a look and analysed that I was sent a faulty LG tv. It's almost 2 weeks now and I am still waiting for LG to refund me. It's taking so long to process complaints when they already know that they sent a faulty TV. I guess you can say my experience with the seller is not that good and I expected them to help me with the problem. But I had to email or ring everyday to find out what's happening.

Our fridge didn't fit, because the French doors open wider than the cavity, but because we unpacked fridge, would not take fridge back. My suggestion is that measurement on your site need to include door opening

Appliance Central were cheaper and Easy to deal with. Aramex chosen as their delivery partner, they are horrible. Cannot follow simple instructions nor did they go to the right address.

The product is fine. Delivery did not work. They didn't come to my door (as they claimed) as I was home. They claimed to have left a note, but there was none. I had to fetch the package from a store where it actually got delivered.

The delivery guys were in such a hurry that they didn't install the noise barrier bottom plate that sits under the machine I was also disappointed that the packaging was not removed and it was not mentioned on the order page
