Called before buy, tv was in stock. Delivery scheduled fro Saturday. Got call on Friday and tv wasn’t available. Rescheduled for the week after. Delivery guys were very rude and impolite. Called me at 6:50 am on Saturday. Laughing on me while I was giving them direction to find the place as they were in trouble to find. Absolutely unprofessional. Won’t buy again from this shop if they have this people to delivery in customer place.

I’m somewhat disappointed. We have used Sunbeam products through our life. I’m 74 now and feel the cold. The electric blanket purchased is not heating through my topper even after switching it on much earlier. It means if I want to feel any warmth I will have to remove my topper and that to me is unsatisfactory. What do you suggest I do as I’m disappointed. Sincerely Mary Cassar

This day and age you shouldn't be selling items that are not in stock. Delivery was fine it was just a week late because after the item was sent a further email was sent saying it was now not in stock. I just don't like how so many companies sell stock they don't have . You either have it or you don't! The product itself is fine Appliance Central could do better.

I purchased a TV for a very competitive price but was very underwhelmed by the lack of (read non existent) communication around delivery. I was directed to the courier website for guidance around tracking, there was no enquiry made about ideal days for delivery. The next thing I know, a phone call. I’m out the front of your house with your TV. Whaaaat?

The TV was arrived about 7 days after my order . It's acceptable if I can receive messages regarding the proper delivery time I will give you 4 stars.

The price was good. It was not easy to navigate the online website to order the item. Not very impressed with the delivery company. The item was not delivered as promised and worst of all,it was left unattended outside my apartment. I was expecting a buzzer to notify me so that I could have the item delivered to my unit. I am over 75 years and certainly could not lift up the heavy item.

I had to follow up each time it was annoying not knowing what was happening. and the guy who called to schedule the delivery was kinda rude as I gave him my preferred date, which was the reason for the call. he says to me "let me finish" to then repeat the same day I just suggest. Acted as if I interrupted his sentence. That show lack of customer service manners. Delivery service was great though and the lady who assisted whenever I followed up was great too.

All good, but find another courier. There are no other options except for being physically at home to sign for product. Won't buy again if you use this courier.

Whisky I am happy with my purchase and the product, the delivery of the item was less than ideal. The only option to select for a delivery upstairs to my apartment was “more than 8 steps”, the two females that arrived were unaware that there was multiple steps let alone 3 floors to go up. With my help the girls agreed to proceed in us manually taking the fridge up, both the girls were awesome and am so glad we were able to install on the day instead of waiting for other delivery drivers who would only be able to come the next day. I was charged an extra $45 to bring up “more than 8 steps” however needed up having to do part of that delivery myself.

Amamex notified 28/11 parcel “ coming today”. Then Amamex notified 3/12 parcel “coming today”- which it did. Why notify me twice & waste my time on 28/11. Otherwise early , correct notifications is much appreciated

Pretty average service from Appliance Central. Ordered the wrong model, charged $50 restocking fee which I thought was a bit much. Moreso though my rating is reflective of the customer service or lack thereof I was met with when exchanging the product at their depot in Villawood. The pretty dismissive and mildly rude young lad and lady didn’t spark joy. Solid 3 stars. Will likely not ship there again.

Ok with the order but not the shipping Company. Frid 6:15 a.m message saying parcel will arrive in 24 hours. This affected a medical Appointment. Didn't arrive. Then par el due Saturday waited in and missed a Christmas lunch! Par el due Sunday and no parcel arrived. I cannot cancel medical appointments today for a parcel that never arrives. I cannot travel to their depot as it would cost 2 hours of a carers time $140 plus her mileage.please could you follow this up.

It would be good to receive a quote for delivery before placing an order. The message advising that some areas may get free delivery only to be slugged $33 after placing teh order does not cut the mustard unfortunatley

The delivery ladies were nice enough. Yet I think they rushed the install (not major problems, but somewhat disappointing): - They made no attempt to level the machine, so I had to sort of uninstall it to access the foot adjustments. - They provided no manual, and the first small load we tried to wash (that had been in the old machine when it failed) said it would run for 5 1/2 hours! - The hoses and power cords were not installed neatly, so I needed to untangle them to sit better.

Excellent product, well packaged. Area for improvement is the courier company - they arrived without warning and a few days earlier than expected. Lucky I was home. Be good to get a window of a few hours (morning or afternoon) and some better communication with the delivery service. Oh and amazing prices - exceptional value.

Tv still working after a few days so thats a good sign. That being said the Hisense remote is absolute rubbish compared to previous remotes from other brands. Was purchased on a Friday morning. Website indicated 1 to 2 Buisness days for delivery. Tv arrived after lunch the following Friday. 2 stars off for that. I would purchase from them again if they were more accurate with the delivery time frame, or if I was picking it up in person. 3 stars for late delivery of a product that works well after a few days.

Communication via e-mail was good but delivery was poor. Item was delivered and I was notified by e-mail, however my Wife was home and there was no doorbell or knock, no signature needed just a tv left out the front in plain sight.
