It took too long to delivery the goods when back order. It said two weeks but it took longer and I need to keep chasing up for an update.

Unfortunately my parcel was not delivered. It seems that the couriers, Aramex, delivered it to the incorrect address. The Appliance Team have made every effort to find and deliver this parcel. I thank them for that. I still would like my parcel. Is there any way of a reimbursement ? I do need the parcel, and will have to go to a different company for this purchase.

Unfortunately, due to staffing the fridge was not delivered on the day I expected. The fridge was delivered on the following day. Also they would not remove the packaging.

We ordered a washing machine online over the Christmas period. Whilst the pricing of the washing was well below competitors, the washing machine was on back order. The back order issue was obviously out of AC's control but on contacting AC three times by telephone and one visit to their Villawood showroom we were left with the very clear impression that the robotic staff could not have cared less about the order status of the washing machine or when we would receive it. Their operating style was to have us either order another washing machine or refund us the purchase price which all sounds fair but we wanted this particular brand of washing machine. Some five weeks on from the order we received the washing machine so all is good. I guess it was just the uncertainty of whether our purchase would ever arrive combined with very poor customer service skills.

I am really happy with the product. It certainly was not an urgent purchase. It did seem inordinately long in shipping and delivery. The shipping period was just noticeable, it certainly did not detract from my overall satisfaction.

Service and delivery was really prompt. What I didnt like was the price drop by about $1700 within 2 weeks of my purchase.

I still have not received the delivery. Aramex have been awful. First they “attempted delivery” even though they were caught on none or the 4 cameras on the property and left no calling card. Now they have reattempted delivery and “left it is a safe location”, I have searched the whole property and checked all the cameras and it hasn’t appeared anywhere. I checked the neighbouring houses too in case and it’s not there either. I have submitted an enquiry and am awaiting a response “within 2 business days” which is too long a wait with hundreds of dollars worth of tech unsupervised somewhere.

Ordering from Appliance Central (Order 196681) was very good and I had no issues with the web siite. However Appliance Central was let down by the delivery agent Aramex. The initial pickup was on the 11Jan2024 but not scheduled for deivery to Wentworth Falls until the 15Jan2024. I was notified due to running out of time, it would be delivered the next day. On the 16Jan2024, the same "Out of Time" happened again and the package we "Returned to Sender" on the 17Jan2024. On the 19Jan2024, the delivery was attempted again and a calling card left (CCA1005499870). I contacted Aramex re MP0031638738 and they said they would arrange the redelivery. That did not happen. I note that on the Aramax web tracking page they show additional calling cards left... but no cards were in my mail box. I phoned Appliance Central and it was arranged that the delivery would be on thursday 1Feb2024. Now that did not occur. Supposedly a delivery as attempted on 2Feb2024 and a calling card left. Again, no calling card was left in the mail box. I also was home and in the front of the house watching the front gate for the delivery. No-one came at all. On the 5Feb2024, I was notified that the delivery was "Undeliverable Freight". As i could not get to the Sydney Depot to pick up the Blu-ray Player, I have cancelled the order and arranged for a refund. I would line to thank the appliance central girl on the phone for her excellence assistance in helping me to get the initial redelivery. She was very good with her customer service. I ensured that my mobile phone information was on the order to help with the delivery. Aramex delivery leaves a lot to be desired and has let down Appliance Central with this insane delivery.

4 week delivery time from order date for a TV without any communication about delay. If they just called me would have made everything OK, but I statred suspecting I'd paid money to a scam website. Ended up receiving the product and everything is now good.

Unlike one of your competitors who take it all away, the cardboard box and all foam packaging was left after delivery. This was a pain to dispose of in a domestic waste delivery system. Rating would have been 5 stars if this had been taken away.

Purchased a tv. I wasn’t told when I would receive. Rang the helpline and they told me there was a backlog with supplies from Sansung but I should receive mid January. Rang again and was advised the expected delivery date would be 22 January. I received on 19 January so was happy. I thought the helpcentre and delivery guys did a good job, although some prewarning about the delay would have been appreciated.

Delivery was unsatisfactory. Delivery man delivered tv upside down and insisted on me doing the heavy lifting. There should be two delivery people for heavy items. Customer service email response was good. I was told I would get a replacement tv if tv was damaged in transit and delivery. Tv has a few dead pixels. I’m disappointed because this is a brand new tv.

They were good with the delivery it was fast and efficient but the customer service is terrible, I had a query regarding the model of fridge I received and they monitored my number and left me on hold for over 30 mins, I hung up and called back from my other phone and they answered immediately, they asked me to send emails and it’s been over a week now and I’ve heard zero back from them, needless to say I won’t be purchasing my washing machine and other new appliances I need from them.

The product us great. Highly recommend the LG Cordless Stick Vacuum A9N-PRIME. My order didn't get processed until i called 5 days later to find out what was happening. They sent it out that day but said it just got missed. Don't know if I would have received this if I didn't follow up.

The courier did not notify us before delivering and came when we were not home and we had to ask them to leave at the front door otherwise there will be 2 days delay.

Appliance Central are ok, but would not recommend Aramex as your delivery partner. Have not been home to sign for the parcels and now need to go to their depot to collect it.
