“I was very happy with Appliance Central itself and would have rated higher if there hadn't been problems with Aramex and the delivery. I WILL NEVER again purchase from a site who uses Aramex to deliver even if there is no charge for delivery. I could have paid an extra $15 for my purchase and bought from Good Guys and avoided all the stress and delay and frankly it would have been worth it”

“Delivery was quick of my washing machine however in installation I later found out the drainage hose was kinked to the point the machine couldn’t drain and went into error.”

“I had commented on order notes where to leave item should nobody be home. The instruction to delivery company was that it required a signature. Without signature they returned it to warehouse without calling. Notified on Friday by email when too late to stop them.”

“When placing the order, there was no shipping confirmation. Email sent querying the delay but no reply. Found out online in small print that the item was on back order, this was not communicated.”

“Service online and by phone was very good however the delivery personnel were very below par. Inexperienced or no care, maybe both, I'm not sure but they ruined this purchase which was to be a surprise for my wife”

“Got notifications on Thursday it was loafed and on its way... didn't arrive until Monday. When arrived the box was all squashed lucky it was lnt breakable.”

“Ordered a Noirot panel heater in early April. The heater arrived in good time but was faulty. After making numerous phone calls, after about two weeks, I got a shipping slip to send it back at no charge to me. After waiting a further 2 weeks from shipping, I again had to phone to get further action and another heater arrived on the 7th May which works. Action to rectify the situation was negligible unless I followed up. Okay to buy from if appliance works but be wary if you get one that doesn't.”

“I clicked on the grey/silver ( not understanding your codes)I was contacted to confirm what sort of gas but not the colour.when I mentioned I wanted grey/ silver I was told the white had already been despatched so couldn't be changed. So am disappointed. But your delivery time was good.”
