“Fast posting and early arrival was very much appreciated , but unfortunately I can’t leave a positive feedback on the condition my purchase arrived in , was disgraceful and I would say unacceptable . Dirty , dusty torn plastic cover was horrible to handle and I was very reluctant to try the appliance convinced there would be an issue with it Luckily there wasn’t. Please in future make the effort to wrap and send in a respectful state”

“Happy with the purchase and the price was very competitive. Not having the details of the courier service is frustrating especially since it's such a poorly rated service. Had issues of random communication and no way to initiate contact them myself. I was extremely fortunate that there were no issues, because if there was, I would have extreme difficulty resolving it and that would have been a lot of money wasted.”

“Great product, great price. Only issue was delivery 2-4 then 3.30-5 then finally 5-6 as running late. I just had them leave in safe place as had dinner lans.”

“The ordering process was simple, price was competitive and the free delivery was good value. However, the delivery drivers scratched the front of the fridge putting it into the house and destroyed our lawn missing the driveway when they backed into it.”

“Everything was great except for the fridge packaging not being removed despite request to do so. Appliance Online (their competitors) would typically do this. There was a lot of cardboard and Styrofoam left behind.”

“Dispatched as planned. But the courier left the TV on our front door step! No one was home for two hours. The box has a colour picture of what’s inside it. Luckily it wasn’t stolen. Really not ok.”

“The Appliance Central pricing and the option for free installation were fantastic. I purchased several white goods for my elderly mother and opted for the free installation. However, the delivery team let us down when they insisted that a plumber was needed to install the washing machine. After they left, I consulted with the building management who informed me that this wasn't the case; the delivery person simply didn't remove the cap, which can be easily removed with a finger. The management suggested that I contact the company if I had paid extra for installation for refund. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to resolve this issue as I had to travel abroad for work for a few weeks. I'm quite disappointed with the outcome.”

“The prices for the products were great and the quality was impressive. However, the delivery service was extremely disappointing. After waiting for a week, the package seemed to be stuck in the same place for over 5 days before it finally moved. When the delivery finally arrived, the delivery person seemed careless and caused damage to the product. It appeared that the parcels were just stacked on top of each other in the delivery van, rather than being properly handled in a truck. I observed the delivery person mishandling our TV and even noticed them banging it against the front door. To add to the frustration, the delivery person had a thick accent and a rather dismissive attitude, which made communication difficult. The entire experience left me feeling incredibly frustrated, and I truly hope that there will be significant improvements in the delivery service.”

“I was very happy with Appliance Central itself and would have rated higher if there hadn't been problems with Aramex and the delivery. I WILL NEVER again purchase from a site who uses Aramex to deliver even if there is no charge for delivery. I could have paid an extra $15 for my purchase and bought from Good Guys and avoided all the stress and delay and frankly it would have been worth it”
