“I bought a TV and was delivered to me within a week. But the problem started when I received the TV. I was sent a faulty TV. Technician already came and had a look and analysed that I was sent a faulty LG tv. It's almost 2 weeks now and I am still waiting for LG to refund me. It's taking so long to process complaints when they already know that they sent a faulty TV. I guess you can say my experience with the seller is not that good and I expected them to help me with the problem. But I had to email or ring everyday to find out what's happening.”

“Our fridge didn't fit, because the French doors open wider than the cavity, but because we unpacked fridge, would not take fridge back. My suggestion is that measurement on your site need to include door opening”

“Appliance Central were cheaper and Easy to deal with. Aramex chosen as their delivery partner, they are horrible. Cannot follow simple instructions nor did they go to the right address.”

“The product is fine. Delivery did not work. They didn't come to my door (as they claimed) as I was home. They claimed to have left a note, but there was none. I had to fetch the package from a store where it actually got delivered.”

“The delivery guys were in such a hurry that they didn't install the noise barrier bottom plate that sits under the machine I was also disappointed that the packaging was not removed and it was not mentioned on the order page”

“Ordered a fridge & a washing machine back in November to be delivered in Jan, the fridge got delayed by 2 additional weeks, had to call twice and ask why the delay was. Common courtesy would be to give me a call and update, but I guess they just forgot to do that. Delivery staff was friendly & professional, advised me how to use the appliances. Overall I’d give 3/5, nothing more, nothing less.”

“Not sure if problem with Appliance Central or Aramax...but ordered a TV on 8th December dispatched 10th December. Sat somewhere until after phone calls 17th, 18th and 19th December. Fisrt 2 phone calls to Appliance Central not acted upon. Fortunately got great lady on 3rd phone call on 19th and TV delivered on Friday 20th.”

“When I order online, the website let me choose the unpack package and pick up the package rubbish , but when the driver come they just said they don't unpack package and pick up the package rubbish for small fridge, that is not match the order option”

“Happy with product but I anticipated that (like Appliances Online) the old item would be taken away as well as the packaging for the new. I also thought that the delivery time would have been quicker.”
