Not sure if problem with Appliance Central or Aramax...but ordered a TV on 8th December dispatched 10th December. Sat somewhere until after phone calls 17th, 18th and 19th December. Fisrt 2 phone calls to Appliance Central not acted upon. Fortunately got great lady on 3rd phone call on 19th and TV delivered on Friday 20th.

When I order online, the website let me choose the unpack package and pick up the package rubbish , but when the driver come they just said they don't unpack package and pick up the package rubbish for small fridge, that is not match the order option

Happy with product but I anticipated that (like Appliances Online) the old item would be taken away as well as the packaging for the new. I also thought that the delivery time would have been quicker.

The product is great, the price was great, but I was let down by the delivery service. Ordered the fridge on Thursday as the old one was on its last legs. Website gave Monday as the delivery date. Old fridge died on Saturday. Received an email on Saturday confirming delivery on Monday came - no delivered. Didnt arrive until Wednesday.

Tracker said 1/11,then 4/11, then5/11. I stayed at home 3 days for this delivery. A message should be sent 2 hours prior to delivery. As appliances online do.

Products were first class (LG washing machine and LG heat pump dryer) and pricing very compeditive. Delivery team were in too much of a hurry and cross threded the new washing machine hose rendering it unsable. I needed to purchase a new hose the following day to complete the installation.

I was very disappointed with the Removalists. It was a man and woman. They didn’t seem to have enough experience for the job. The lady chipped my step by trying to move my old fridge by herself. She scraped and banged it on my step!! Now I have a piece missing from it. They had trouble moving my old fridge out, yet the removalists who moved my old fridge in did it easily. I have a chipped step to remind me of my disappointing experience.

I purchased a Westinghouse fridge for a good price. It was delivered by 2 women who at first stated that it wouldn't fit through the front door and whinged about having 2 steps on the verandah. They then asked me to move heavy furniture around for them (wasn't really necessary), stating that I should have been told to do so before they arrived (I hadn't). Also struggled to remove the old fridge thinking it wouldn't fit past the kitchen bench (there was more than enough space). They said they don't take the packaging away as it's rubbish and left a huge mess to be disposed of. After a 4 hour wait, I turned the fridge on only to find it hadn't been balanced. I called and one of the delivery girls told me I only needed to loosen the feet at the front instead of her coming back to fix it. Turns out that wasn't the case.. I called the office to try to have it sorted by someone else. The same delivery driver phoned and was telling me to leave work or get someone else to go to my house so she could have a look at it. This wasn't possible on that day, so she got very nasty and raising her voice, repeatedly, told me that I need to work in with her. Quality product, though I would recommend spending that little bit extra and avoid the rude, incompetent, young female delivery drivers.

Very happy with the TCL TV that I purchased from Appliance Central. It was dispatched the following day. Was not happy with the courier service (Aramex). Got a tracking message early in the morning, that it was on board for delivery. Stayed home the whole day waiting. It did not arrive. Could not contact anyone at Aramex.It came the following day. A text message explaining that it would not be coming today would have been appreciated. But very happy with the efficiency of Appliance Central.

I was very happy with ordering of my washing machine. The problem started with the delivery men and the installation. When connecting the hoses for the water he attached the red to cold and white to hot. When my partner questioned him he said, oh well doesn’t matter you know which is which. My partner didn’t let it go and insisted he change them over., which he eventually did reluctantly. I did ring Appliance Central with my complaint, but not convinced it would be passed along to the right person/s.

Fast posting and early arrival was very much appreciated , but unfortunately I can’t leave a positive feedback on the condition my purchase arrived in , was disgraceful and I would say unacceptable . Dirty , dusty torn plastic cover was horrible to handle and I was very reluctant to try the appliance convinced there would be an issue with it Luckily there wasn’t. Please in future make the effort to wrap and send in a respectful state

Happy with the purchase and the price was very competitive. Not having the details of the courier service is frustrating especially since it's such a poorly rated service. Had issues of random communication and no way to initiate contact them myself. I was extremely fortunate that there were no issues, because if there was, I would have extreme difficulty resolving it and that would have been a lot of money wasted.

The guys didn't connect the pipe or tube probably which lead to water leaking etc
