The product arrived on time in great condition. Your courier was unable to give me any idea of the delivery time. They just stated that it would arrive any time between the time that I called at 8:30 and 5pm so I had to sit at home till it arrived. I don't expect them to tell me the exact time but am or pm at least would be helpful.

We purchased a coffee machine which is working well. Appliance Central was the least expensive and delivered free which is why we chose them. The appliance took a week to arrive, which is Ok, but when the delivery co advised it would be delivered on the Friday I remained at home to receive it. Somehow the driver either didn't ring our doorbell, or simply dropped the 'you weren't home' ticket in our letterbox. This meant I had to drive half way across Brisbane to pick it up the following week. So 4 stars to AC and 0 stars to their courier company.

I had asked to pick up the TV I bought and will contact the store and the item was delivered without any warning prior. This was a present and my mother of 83 was panicking when the delivery was done. So the surprise was ruined. No communications at all. In saying that the price was good but the company involved with deliveries has no idea. Reuben

On line order is easy. But delivery service is poor. My delivery was not on the schedule, then they re-arrange another day but there’s no any message inform me, I had to call your office to confirm when they would delivery. So I am not happy with this service.

If the installation of the equipment is not included, there should be clear statement that "installation is not included. only delivery to home".

I found the registration online to be a very tedious process. For starters the QR scan did not work over 3 different devices (both analog phones and an Apple iPad). Also as per a previous email. I found it impossible to find a serial number even with the description of where to find it being totally invalid as there was nothing inscribed or a sticker in such location. So far I’ve only reheated a dozen bread rolls in the little oven and I found the bread heated very unevenly with the outside edges burning before the middle ones even changing colour. Also totally unimportant but useful for future knowledge… This is the first time with a double oven. A few recipes to help guide us to best use of the various capabilities of the oven might be advantageous in future.

Item was delivered to wrong house in my street and left without signature. Appliances Online haven't responded to me email about this, not to another email where I had a query about a utensil storage for the vacuum. Communication seemingly not important which is disappointing.

I tried to get a copy of an invoice but the system didn't produce an invoice. Still haven't received an invoice albeit the appliance was delivered promptly.

The delivery service is bad. If you're not home to accept the parcel you have to pick it up from their depot. They leave a card telling you to pick up your parcel but they don't give you the address. I tri d calling by they have a 5 minute message repeating instructions to go online. Then the phone just rings and rings I waited for 10 minutes and no-one answered.I won't buy from Appliance Central again if you use Aramex to deliver.

I am reasonably content with my recent experience with the Appliance Central team during my initial purchase. Not only did I find the product at a lower price compared to other vendors, but their team also demonstrated a strong commitment to timely delivery within the agreed-upon time slot. The entire process of purchase, delivery, and installation went smoothly. However, there were a couple of aspects that left room for improvement. While the installation team efficiently removed and disposed of the old product, they declined to handle the packaging of the new one. Although not a significant issue, other competitors in the market provide this additional service, enhancing customer satisfaction by alleviating concerns about post-purchase overheads. Furthermore, Appliance Central does not offer Price Protection. Despite a price reduction on their website within seven days of my purchase, the team declined to match the updated price for the product that had already been bought and delivered. If these two aspects had been addressed in a more customer-friendly manner, I would have been inclined to give a five-star rating.

The item was delivered undamaged but a day later than promised. I was only notified after waiting in at home for 1/2 day

Delivery was terrible! Appliance central’s follow up action wasn’t fast enough! So I had to keep email appliance central. I regretted that I bought it from online!

I bought a toaster which looked a good size in the picture but it doesn’t toast the whole slice which is a normal bread size

Purchase was great. Product works great. Price was great. But the shipping was a DISASTER. Appliance Central should seriously consider finding and using a different shipper. The ARAMEX mob don't know what they're doing. Getting my purchase delivered was like an episode from Fawlty Towers. Two weeks instead of two days. Multiple attempts to get delivery. No one to speak to. A courier with a published phone number that is DISCONNECTED. A joke!
