“Delivery was fine, and removal of the old appliance, however leaving the large cardboard box from the new fridge for us to deal with has not ever been experienced before. Other online appliance retailers do not leave the cardboard box. It’s a full service.”

“The appliance arrived on December 23rd, We we're glad to get it.However it was dumped inside the front door of our apartment block.The driver disappeared before I could give him the old microwave Not a hanging offence but disappointing.”

“Delivery was a day later than originally scheduled. The delivery guys refused to unpack the dryer and refused to take the packaging away. I would have thought this would be standard practice to ensure proof that there is no damage to the goods upon receipt by the client??? (This would be standard practice by their main competitor, Appliances Online). The appliance works well and is as expected. I would consider using Appliance Central again, but only if the appliance is much cheaper than their competitors.”

“Fairly fast delivery although star rating taken off because they use the worst courier known to all Aramex! I had to take an entire day off work to wait around only to be making call the Appliance Central at 4pm as these guys hadn’t shown & are known not to deliver at this address because they can’t be bothered with apartment intercoms,. One woman was extremely unhelpful “ we can’t contact the courier it takes up to 48hrs for a response”. Am I meant to continue days off work until it arrives? The next call the man was extremely helpful, he messaged the courier manager & 30mins later the courier called, he was at my address although at the wrong entrance even though it’s clearly signed. After all of that TV was a fabulous purchase although don’t bel their “sales price” I bought a cyber monday sale & it’s still the same price. Still cheaper than else though, its a great TV, great picture, easy to set up, super happy with it.”

“Appliance Central were great! I would give them a 5 star rating. However, the delivery company they use were not!! I received an SMS the night before stating that delivery would be between 8.30am and 5pm. I drove to the property where it was to be delivered and waited. I received no other communications until an SMS around 12 on the day of delivery - sorry it won't be delivered. Text or call to reschedule. The delivery company did call back and I was guaranteed delivery the next day. Yes it did arrive BUT why send an SMS if you're not going to deliver on the day stated in your correspondence PLUS the delivery company would have known first thing that morning that they weren't delivering.The excuse - higher demand due to Black Friday sales volumes. That's OK but don't send the SMS that you are delivering!!!”

“I would love to write a review on how good my vacuum cleaner is, but I am still waiting for it to arrive. It was sent within a couple of days after I ordered it, but it has been with the courier amarex with them saying for the last week it would be delivered today. I read reviews on this company and it was not good.”

“I am very happy with the Microwave, however the communication between me and the Delivery people was poor. When I ordered I believed the Appliance was coming from Villawood. It was slow leaving Melbourne, the communication wasn't there, even when I tried to contact or track.”

“The product arrived on time in great condition. Your courier was unable to give me any idea of the delivery time. They just stated that it would arrive any time between the time that I called at 8:30 and 5pm so I had to sit at home till it arrived. I don't expect them to tell me the exact time but am or pm at least would be helpful.”

“We purchased a coffee machine which is working well. Appliance Central was the least expensive and delivered free which is why we chose them. The appliance took a week to arrive, which is Ok, but when the delivery co advised it would be delivered on the Friday I remained at home to receive it. Somehow the driver either didn't ring our doorbell, or simply dropped the 'you weren't home' ticket in our letterbox. This meant I had to drive half way across Brisbane to pick it up the following week. So 4 stars to AC and 0 stars to their courier company.”

“I had asked to pick up the TV I bought and will contact the store and the item was delivered without any warning prior. This was a present and my mother of 83 was panicking when the delivery was done. So the surprise was ruined. No communications at all. In saying that the price was good but the company involved with deliveries has no idea. Reuben”

“On line order is easy. But delivery service is poor. My delivery was not on the schedule, then they re-arrange another day but there’s no any message inform me, I had to call your office to confirm when they would delivery. So I am not happy with this service.”
