Service and delivery was great Unfortunately the product was not We are not happy with the picture quality and colour quality Have made a request for a refund/return but after three days still no response from Appliance Central

I was promised to confirm delivery date by email beforehand, instead I was notified by phone call on delivery on day scheduled. Luckily I was available on that day otherwise I would have missed my delivery.

Ordered a new TV 8days ago. It's been sitting in the courier's depot for the last 5 days with no sign of delivery. Messaged them twice but they have not responded.

Service from company was good. Package arrived quickly but I’m not impressed with the Panasonic HDD recorder DMR-HWT260. Its menu structure is terrible and SW design is archaic with too many functions needing pre conditions or special set up provisions. It is very slow to change functions and it’s CPU is about as fast as an old IBM PC. My very old (10!..yrs) TopField is heaps better. I am seriously considering returning it. This is not a criticism of Appliance Central but is of the product.

I recently bought a vacuum cleaner, purchase was seamless with goods arriving promptly. The goods however were faulty upon receipt and I asked for it to be swapped but instead have to send it to the manufacturer and go through the whole warranty check / claims process blah blah blah with the manufacturer. I realise that there are processes though it was used for less than a few minutes. The staff were helpful in addressing my concerns which was great. I might think twice about buying on line in future

Good price, easy purchase process and quick delivery. However, the TV stand came with scratches including one deep one. Also, the price of the TV dropped $160 by the time the TV was delivered. Contacted Appliance Central a couple of times but no response back. Not their fault as this is a new TV so manufacturer's poor quality control. However, I would expect some response. Good prices but will be reluctant to buy again or recommend based on this experience unfortunately.

Appliance Central was unable to supply the item, but issued refund soon after advising that they could not locate stock. Refund apparently due in next few days.

I was disappointed as I purchased Samsung French Door fridge - but Appliance Central did not let me pay the price I saw on internet the day prior. And delivery guys complained about getting fridge in our front door - attitude problems!

Inflexible delivery time. When you placed the order, delivery would happen according to what's convenient to the company, regardless of whether the buyer could be at home to receive it. I told the company that on the date of delivery, no one was home to take it. The company didn't care and simply dropped the goods in the lobby. Fortunately neighbors left it alone for me to pick it up intact. I ordered something from Harvey Norman which was able and willing to adjust delivery schedule based on my requirements.HN will always have my business in future.

The online service is great but their delivery partner is not. We got our heater the next day, but weren’t aware it was coming and weren’t given the opportunity to sign for it. They left a $500 heater at the front door, in full view of the street, in an area where parcels are stolen often. We’re lucky it wasn’t but at least have the common sense to try and conceal it if you’re just going to leave an item. We had plenty of spots to safely leave it. Even better, confirm with buyers delivery information.

Ordering was easy but communication could be improved. I asked for them to delay the dispatch of my order, so I could be available to receive it. However a week went by and I hadn't heard from them confirming when the item would be sent, or answers to a couple of minor questions about the courier service (would I be contacted before delivery, etc). So I had to call, and whilst I got through relatively quickly and had the item despatched the customer service agent was somewhat disinterested and abrupt. Once the item arrives I will update this review.

Good price but was disappointed when your price was reduced a further $21 after ordering especially as I had asked your staff if the TV was going to be reduced further and was told no. All other aspects were good.

No issues with the product. It was sent very quickly as always. So thanks for that. But the courier company used did not even try to deliver the product. I received a message saying they “missed me” when I was home all day. Product was taken to a news agency where I had to go and pick it up.
