Hello Appliance Central, Your service and online experience is excellent. The delivery company Aramex that you use is less so. On my order, I wrote for the item to be left on my front doorstep if no one was home and this did not occur. A courier docket was left behind. It did not contain the location of the depot I needed to visit nor did it have any information about my delivery address or order to ensure that it was only me or a nominated person that could pick up the item. The instruction on the docket was to go online and track my order which I did. The next step was to organise another drop-off time. This was problematic because both my wife and I go to work each day and there was not going to be someone at home to sign for the parcel. There was no phone number for me to call. Instead, the company preferred for me to use the web chat function. This proved unhelpful and vague. The only information I could get from the company about the location of the item was their warehouse in Port Melbourne. I live in Mordialloc. My wife was able to drive to Port Melbourne last Friday to pick it up but upon her arrival, she was told that it was at the Dandenong South Depot. After work on Friday, my wife then drove to Dandenong South and picked up my order. The man who served her at the depot could not have been less interested in executing customer service. He took the docket, did not want to hear the information regarding the location of the item was substandard and upon returning with the item recorded her licence number, dumped the clipboard on the bench and walked back around the barrier before my wife had finished saying "thank you". I was very happy with Appliance Central's service but the Courier Aramex not so much. I will not use Appliance Central or any company if they use Aramex as couriers again. I have my own business and if I treated my customers and provided the service they did I wouldn't have any work. Regards Daniel Millard

easy transaction, good quick delivery, only thing is they didn't want to negotiate on price or offer any discount on the advertised retail price. A small discount would have been nice as most sellers do offer that. Otherwise all good.

Parcel arrived late, not happy with the courier they used for delivery. The company is helpful regarding the services and products.

Paid for the delivery and installation due to house above garage. However the delivery guys just leave the fridge there and didn't plug in the switch. I need to move the fridge out myself again and then plug in. Not sure what I pay for installation means if I have to move things myself again.

Purchase online was as expected. Delivery time was longer than expected. Their choice of courier made it difficult to get the parcel delivered in a high rise building where you had to be available all day, even after consent had been given to leave at reception. Communication from couriers was not great. Ended up having to pick it up a week after original delivery, half hour drive away.

The machine seems to be working ok but the installation was bad. It was installed with the front feet hanging off. So when we ran a load it moved even further off the stand. Now we can't move it back.

Fridge arrived within 3 days of ordering. Unfortunately it wasn't installed as promised, it was left unbalanced and a wheel missing

Service and delivery was great Unfortunately the product was not We are not happy with the picture quality and colour quality Have made a request for a refund/return but after three days still no response from Appliance Central

I was promised to confirm delivery date by email beforehand, instead I was notified by phone call on delivery on day scheduled. Luckily I was available on that day otherwise I would have missed my delivery.

Ordered a new TV 8days ago. It's been sitting in the courier's depot for the last 5 days with no sign of delivery. Messaged them twice but they have not responded.

Service from company was good. Package arrived quickly but I’m not impressed with the Panasonic HDD recorder DMR-HWT260. Its menu structure is terrible and SW design is archaic with too many functions needing pre conditions or special set up provisions. It is very slow to change functions and it’s CPU is about as fast as an old IBM PC. My very old (10!..yrs) TopField is heaps better. I am seriously considering returning it. This is not a criticism of Appliance Central but is of the product.

I recently bought a vacuum cleaner, purchase was seamless with goods arriving promptly. The goods however were faulty upon receipt and I asked for it to be swapped but instead have to send it to the manufacturer and go through the whole warranty check / claims process blah blah blah with the manufacturer. I realise that there are processes though it was used for less than a few minutes. The staff were helpful in addressing my concerns which was great. I might think twice about buying on line in future

Good price, easy purchase process and quick delivery. However, the TV stand came with scratches including one deep one. Also, the price of the TV dropped $160 by the time the TV was delivered. Contacted Appliance Central a couple of times but no response back. Not their fault as this is a new TV so manufacturer's poor quality control. However, I would expect some response. Good prices but will be reluctant to buy again or recommend based on this experience unfortunately.

Appliance Central was unable to supply the item, but issued refund soon after advising that they could not locate stock. Refund apparently due in next few days.
