“Your delivery guy damaged our kitchen joinery veneer while trying to remove our old fridge. Not easy to repair. Your price was fine.”

“Prices are fantastic but what they offer in price they lack in customer service quality. When something went wrong there was no ownership, follow up or empowerment to manage a situation at the first point of contact. Time wasted consistently chasing up for an update. Rudest lady I’ve ever dealt with answering their phones and happy to share that it’s everyone else’s fault when asked why she hadn’t got back to me on more than two occasions across two different days. Came up with my own solution day 3, of chasing it up as was deflated and exhausted from the whole experience, and sorted by another consultant in less than 10 minutes once I’d made the suggestion. Not worth the discount.”

“The delivery was late. They did let me know that there was a driver sickness issue but would have appreciated it earlier as fridge was super urgent. Delivery men didn’t connect the drain pipe as part of installation and the laundry got flooded when I tried using it without realising it.”

“The item was exactly as ordered, and the price was very competitive. The only reason Appliance Central is being marked down is their use of Aramex Couriers. Delivery was delayed, tracking of the parcel didn't work and when contacted about the late delivery the courier's attitude was flippant. Appliance Central are only damaging their own reputation by employing these guys- I suggest you find a different courier company.”

“Good product at a good price, but the delivery truck turns up with only one driver and as such my wife saw him drop the box from the deck of the truck to the ground as he had no help. We weren’t sure what shape the tv would be in till we opened the box, and if the tv fails early you’ll be hearing more about this.”

“Would have liked a message early in the morning on the day of delivery for an estimated time for arrival. Very happy with quick order and deliver within two days. Item got scratched during installation… however we didn’t request a replacement as needed the washing machine.”

“My smart tv arrived with a damaged screen. Because I live in Vic a lot of time was wasted with sending it back to Sydney. Then I had to ask for an update. In the end I got my money back, Appliance Central was good about that. I then bought the tv in Vic, easier if there is an issue.”
