“I placed by order a week ago and was promptly sent a tax invoice. I was aware the item wasn't in stock and was on back order. I still haven't heard anything further on when it might be shipped. So not much point in asking me to submit a review. I would like an update on when my washing machine might be sent though.”

“I recently bought a Fisher and Paykel washing machine. The cost was the lowest I’d seen and the phone service was good however they didn’t to tell the installers to take away my old washer. And the installers didn’t install the outlet hose correctly so they had to return the next day. They rectified their mistakes thankfully after I called and asked them to return and install it correctly and remove the old washer. So far I’m happy with the washing machine. The extended warranty was a good price also.”

“The ordering process was easy and they have dispatched the product very early on the first business day. However, they are using a sub-optimal courier service (Aramex) that has picked up the appliance on early Monday (from the warehouse in Sydney) and delivered it to the also a Sydney location 5 days later. Therefore, one has to stay home every day to get when the customer-unfriendly Aramex courier will decide to deliver there. So, I will not order again from them if they will be using this courier anymore.”

“In terms of ordering and delivery times it was really good! Easy and our product came really fast. In terms of the actual delivery, they just left it on the bottom floor of our apartment building.”

“The service for my order was prompt and quick which was great.But the delivery guys weren't as helpful.I was told the hose wasn't long enough to be connected, I bought one which was useless because the existing one was long enough to be connected without any hassles. I wasted a lot of time buying, returning also I couldn't do my washing when I wanted to I think the delivery guys should be more responsible because they spoilt the good service for the Appliance Services company.”

“I bought a washing machine for delivery. The product itself is no problem but the delivery service was terrible. I was told on the day of the delivery I will get a call in the morning about the 2 hr. delivery window. But that didn't happen instead got a text message the day before with a link to track the delivery. And it shows between 9-12 am, however it didn't arrive so I had to call the delivery company. By the time it shows up is 2 pm. The delivery guys were rushing and rough and in the process, they crush the edge of my tile when unloading the machine and dented the back of the machine as well. I understand their price is competitive and I am not sure if this is just a one of incident but with delivery services like these I might not be coming back!”

“Price was excellent, and speed of dispatchment was excellent, except courier company didn’t give an arrival time, arrived during working hours and called me - it was all to hard for them, so I ended up having to drive to their inconvenient depo with inconvenient hours (8-4pm) 3 days later. Defeated the whole point of getting it delivered and delivered fast. Probably wouldn’t buy from again knowing the delivery arrangements now.”

“Telephoning your office was difficult. Recording speeds up and is indecipherable. Then dead air , music stops. Takes a while to get through. Then put in hold and left on hold. Took five phone calls to get through. When I did get through staff member couldn't either find my order, or the EFTPOS machine! Had to call back AGAIN!”

“Good price but the communication was lacking. The original "delivery window" was 8.30am-6pm on Saturday - such a large window meant someone needed to be home all day. Delivery never ended up arriving on Saturday so it was a big waste of time. The delivery was completed on Monday and the guys were great. Very friendly and they installed it and took the old one away.”
