Happy with the product we purchased (Samsung 75 inch TV) However we would have appreciated a phone call prior to delivery as mentioned on “notes” section. We never received this phone call. Also I had to help the courier driver carry our television from the delivery truck to the our door as there was only 1 driver. Being pregnant this was a bit of a challenge.

Quick and easy, and good pricing, however had I known it was a second (dented) I would have ordered from somewhere else that was only $20 more (and $30 less postage!) for brand new.

product was great and the price was awesome. They would have received 5 stars but the transport and delivery was the worst i have ever come across. I spoke to Appliance Central and the carrier and i had zero idea when the delivery would be made, i nearly canceled the order because of the poor process.

Price and internet communication excellent. The truck broke down on delivery day, and was only told when I called having spent hours waiting. Customers should be told immediately if they are not going to get their delivery. Fortunately I was available for next day delivery.

Ordered and paid 20/12/22. Received Aramex courier pick up advice 20/12/22. As at 04/01/23 still have not received goods which were due to be delivered 2812/22.

Selection of delivery service was poor. Item still not received and delivery service cannot give estimate of delivery date.

Shipped almost immediately but still not received, courier service tracking not good and very slow. May want to reconsider courier company selection as they are making you look bad.

When I ordered this TV I clearly stated that if no one home to drop it of at the Cudal post office. Then on Thursday December 8 the delivery status on Allied Express tracking was declared as delivered. As there was no one home I assumed the goods where dropped off at the Cudal post office. The post office however said that they have not taken any deliveries that day. When further investigating this matter and ringing Allied Express they said if no one was home it is likely that they have taken the delivery back to the depot in Orange. We then offered to pick it up from there which was denied as they don’t offer pick up at their depot. Asking why they didn’t deliver it to the Cudal post office they said they don’t do that either. Hence they expecting people to sit at home and waiting for the delivery to arrive when it suits them doesn’t cut it at all. But it gets worse. Later that evening I received a phone call from our neighbour saying that he found a parcel at his gate with my phone number on it. He said the parcel was just thrown over his gate which is a couple a hundreds of meter from his house. See photo below

Customer service is good, item been shipped out only 1 day after placed. But outsource delivery company so disappointed, it unacceptable for delayed more than one week to get item. This make me upset even it is not seller fault. However l, seller pick wrong delivery company to be their partner, it is make your company down as well.

Delivery was prompt, but courier dumped a $1500 item at the front door without so much as ringing the doorbell or knocking. Pretty ordinary service.

I am waiting for resolution of a products specification issue, I purchased a Sunbeam SM9000 advertised as 700Watt motor. I one delivered has a 265 watt motor. I have requested exchange for the product I ordered with the 700watt motor. email and photos have been submitted as requested.

good price, timely delivery, but the washing machine feet leveling is not good and it is shaking. also, they left the remaining boxes in front of the apartment complex.

The item of course is terrific, however I requested delivery be done using my remote from the letterbox into my garage, use the remote to close it again and I would use my car remote to collect it. I arrived home to find the TV within clear view of the street left at my front door! I was horrified and had a difficult time dragging it into the house by myself but terribly grateful that it had not been stolen. Not impressed.

Online purchase was simple enough. I was contacted regarding delivery the following day and was told a timeslot could not be provided but we would be contacted about an hour before delivery. That meant my wife had to wait in. The item came as ordered and it was unpacked and installed. However, despite the fact I paid extra due to having stairs they left all the packaging. I would have thought removal of the waste packaging would be part of the purchase cost. Overall I am satisfied with the product and delivery but it would have been nice not to be left with all the rubbish.
