“I recently purchased a dishwasher from Appliance Central and found after a few uses for it to be very underwhelming in its performance. I was not offered any post sale assistance but simply told to get in contact with the manufacturer to sort it out myself. I will never deal with Appliance Central again not recommend anyone else to do so, customer service and customer retention is clearly not of any importance.”

“I purchased a Miele TriFlex vacuum. Good deal, however I haven't been able to get it to work. It seems like the battery won't charge properly. Spent 30 minutes on hold to the Miele customer service line, then when I finally got through they said I need to talk to a different department. After 15 minutes waiting I hung up. I understand it is out of Appliance Essential's hands, but they are selling a faulty product. When I mentioned vacuum to the Miele woman knew exactly what model vacuum I was calling about, without me having to tell her. I am going to ask for a refund.”

“Fridge is excellent, very happy about it Delivery drivers could’ve been more careful as they kept saying we only have ten minutes to deliver item as a couple of mm too wide so took front door off Ran over a plant growing next to front steps with trolley and ran into hall architrave and took paint off, otherwise great!”

“This is the first time I have used this web site. Easy to order the product i want, but I still have not received it or heard anyfeed back on when I should receive it. If the product is unavailabe because of suppy issues, a quick message once a week would give me more confidence in this service.”

“Happy with purchase process and given date for delivery.. The delivery was an issue for as delivery was for another address and I had to travel there. The delivery message showed conflicting messages one a 2hr window in the AM and a queue 12. They did not arrive in AM and delivery did not take place till after 8PM that night There was no change to the 2hr window till 20 mins before delivery when I was called. Tried contact delivery during day but no avail.”

“Order placed on 12th, now 19th still waiting for delivery, probably delay due to Covid. They promised to deliver on Monday, 21st March. I trust they will keep the promise.”
