“Telephoning your office was difficult. Recording speeds up and is indecipherable. Then dead air , music stops. Takes a while to get through. Then put in hold and left on hold. Took five phone calls to get through. When I did get through staff member couldn't either find my order, or the EFTPOS machine! Had to call back AGAIN!”

“Good price but the communication was lacking. The original "delivery window" was 8.30am-6pm on Saturday - such a large window meant someone needed to be home all day. Delivery never ended up arriving on Saturday so it was a big waste of time. The delivery was completed on Monday and the guys were great. Very friendly and they installed it and took the old one away.”

“I recently purchased a dishwasher from Appliance Central and found after a few uses for it to be very underwhelming in its performance. I was not offered any post sale assistance but simply told to get in contact with the manufacturer to sort it out myself. I will never deal with Appliance Central again not recommend anyone else to do so, customer service and customer retention is clearly not of any importance.”

“I purchased a Miele TriFlex vacuum. Good deal, however I haven't been able to get it to work. It seems like the battery won't charge properly. Spent 30 minutes on hold to the Miele customer service line, then when I finally got through they said I need to talk to a different department. After 15 minutes waiting I hung up. I understand it is out of Appliance Essential's hands, but they are selling a faulty product. When I mentioned vacuum to the Miele woman knew exactly what model vacuum I was calling about, without me having to tell her. I am going to ask for a refund.”

“Fridge is excellent, very happy about it Delivery drivers could’ve been more careful as they kept saying we only have ten minutes to deliver item as a couple of mm too wide so took front door off Ran over a plant growing next to front steps with trolley and ran into hall architrave and took paint off, otherwise great!”

“This is the first time I have used this web site. Easy to order the product i want, but I still have not received it or heard anyfeed back on when I should receive it. If the product is unavailabe because of suppy issues, a quick message once a week would give me more confidence in this service.”
