“well seeing as i have still not got delivery of my tv i can not comment on the actual tv itself, the purchase went through fine and my order was shipped on 4th Jan supposedly to be delivered on the 6th Jan. But as of right now the tracker says it still hasn’t reached Melbourne. So bit disappointed with the delivery process.”

“Quick delivery after placing order. Delivery guys refused to take my old fridge which was part of the deal claiming that "it won't fit on the truck". Now that is arrant rubbish, the one delivered is larger in all dimensions than the one to take away so there certainly was adequate space. They assured me that it would be picked up the next day - the next day New Year's Eve so, as I expected, it sat at the front of my house for 4 days until picked up. As I see it your delivery guys need a big rocket for this. Tell them to make their lies at least credible. Their story doesn't wash to a professional mechanical engineer.”

“I purchased a microwave oven from Appliance Central. Right after the purchase the price dropped. I sent an email asking whether they can apply the lower price for my purchase, like some other stores do. However I have received no response at all.”

“Appliance Central was easy to deal with. Although the product was not as I expected, this wasn’t anything to do with Appliance Central’s but the Samsung’s marketing and not fully disclosing that the product comes with an additional set-top-box to make it work that you need to find a place for. So do you homework before making any online purchase.”

“Paid for - order confirmed my email - after a week chased up my order to be told cannot get it as discontinued line (still available in other shops - eg Harvey Norman ) - advised I would get a refund - staff were apologetic and refund came within 4 days to my card”

“was bit disappointed for the bracket delivery, I do understand it was due to the courier company fault. I wish Appliance Central would have told me prior to organising courier that it could take up to 2 weeks, (it says on the website with in 2days delivery.) If I have known, I would have been happy to click collect.”
