“I purchased a microwave oven from Appliance Central. Right after the purchase the price dropped. I sent an email asking whether they can apply the lower price for my purchase, like some other stores do. However I have received no response at all.”

“Appliance Central was easy to deal with. Although the product was not as I expected, this wasn’t anything to do with Appliance Central’s but the Samsung’s marketing and not fully disclosing that the product comes with an additional set-top-box to make it work that you need to find a place for. So do you homework before making any online purchase.”

“Paid for - order confirmed my email - after a week chased up my order to be told cannot get it as discontinued line (still available in other shops - eg Harvey Norman ) - advised I would get a refund - staff were apologetic and refund came within 4 days to my card”

“was bit disappointed for the bracket delivery, I do understand it was due to the courier company fault. I wish Appliance Central would have told me prior to organising courier that it could take up to 2 weeks, (it says on the website with in 2days delivery.) If I have known, I would have been happy to click collect.”

“Still waiting for the TV and Sound bar to arrive, no updates with new ETAs have been sent, I have the tracking number but after a week it seems shipment is still be at the warehouse. Maybe be a covid delay etc. Hard to give more than 3 stars currently”

“Appliance Central clearly prefer customers only use the internet for buying and communication. I had couple of questions I wanted answered before I purchased. And as for your use of Hunter Express, I have my reservations. They clearly do not want a customer to call them! Their tracking system is poor and gives you very little information. I have no idea when my purchase will be delivered.”
