“All was good however delivery was supposed to be from 7am to 3 pm and arrived at 6 pm with little or no communication Delivery let you down unfortunately”

“My OLED TV was ordered on the 16th, shipped on the 17th, arrived in Melbourne on the 22nd, but not delivered till the 2nd of the following month. It had been sitting in the Melbourne depot for 10 days! Appliance Central use Hunter Express as the shipper, and they have a terrible reputation (check out the on-line reviews). These long delays seem to be the norm. In the end, I contacted them and got them to institute an enquiry into why it was sitting in the depot for so long. Expect long unexplained delays. The TV was in good order, and the price was very good. Shipping from Appliance Central in Sydney was prompt. However, their rep on the phone did not seem to have any sway over the shipper in getting the item delivered, which is why I had to contact them myself.”

“Heater I purchased is good , Despatch of the item was " 2 days" after the online purchase . Freight was far to slow . Sat in the courier depot for 24hrs at destination city . Had to collect from the courier depot myself . A bit slack .”

“Purchase process simple to follow. Delivery was timley. Purchased TV Monday night and delivery arrived Friday night. Only minor comment is I had no visibility on tracking order once purchased.”

“Delivery was too long, you need to use a different freight company. Aramax took 4 days to deliver something that should have been overnight. the product and price was very good.”

“I have back pain from a car accident a month ago. But Only one delivery man had to come. So move it together. And Delivery man was not friendly. After the day, my back pain got worse.”

“Love the online ordering, prices and the quick dispatch! The only thing I can fault is your delivery agent Allied Express who outsourced the delivery to Universal Express in Canberra. Universal Express have some of the worst delivery reviews and staff in Canberra - please vet and review your delivery agents before selecting them. Due to this, I will probably not order from Appliance Central again and instead pay couple of $ extra to order locally where I know the delivery would be safe and considerate.”

“This is a tough review to write. The TV and Sound Bar are great. I bought from Appliance Central because the price was the best. The after sale is the issue. The delivery was slow (it arrived ten days after order and I live in a capital city). The delivery driver turned up solo, the TV is huge and the box 55 kgs. If I didn't help him he could not have got the box into my home??? So if it isn't time sensitive go for it. If you don't mind being home and helping with the deliver, go for it too.”
