Happy the delivery came but the delivery ETA was completely wrong. I called few times to check when the delivery was coming as the link sent to me did not work and did not sure what the ETA was. On the phone they told me it was a week and a half away but arrived that night at 8pm. ETA is crucial as I may have not been there to receive and made it hard organising with tenant and installer

Giving three stars as I feel the information after sale on freight tracking is below average for this day and age. Hunter express website is clunky and the information doesnt get updated. no prompts to phone etc

First you guys are so lazy to reply constumer query. i have to send two emails to get reply. Secondly I send a email about a soundbar ETA , I got reply but felt a bit rude.. they didn’t gave me all of my questions answer. Other than that, the price of the soundbar I purchased from there is quite good in comparison to other shops. All matters for me is I get a decent soundbar as I am hoping .

Bought a tv which they cancelled without checking with me, I had to contact them for explanation. They mixed up order with an actual cancellation. Ended up buying from established retailer.

The delivery is fast. The only thing I don’t like is the key setting. It is hard to put a number on the screen. The oven interior is nice and the heating on the food uniformly done. The colour numbers on the screen look nice. Right now it is all I have.

transaction was largely ok. However they need to find a delivery service that understands airconditioners. My brother in law the airconditioner mechanic was horrified that is was delivered on its side and told us to send it back next time

I called AC to check on the delivery of my two purchases as I only received one out of the two consignment. It took more than four days and only one was received. The officer used covid as an excuse for the delay despite not having any lockdown in Brisbane.

All was good however delivery was supposed to be from 7am to 3 pm and arrived at 6 pm with little or no communication Delivery let you down unfortunately

My OLED TV was ordered on the 16th, shipped on the 17th, arrived in Melbourne on the 22nd, but not delivered till the 2nd of the following month. It had been sitting in the Melbourne depot for 10 days! Appliance Central use Hunter Express as the shipper, and they have a terrible reputation (check out the on-line reviews). These long delays seem to be the norm. In the end, I contacted them and got them to institute an enquiry into why it was sitting in the depot for so long. Expect long unexplained delays. The TV was in good order, and the price was very good. Shipping from Appliance Central in Sydney was prompt. However, their rep on the phone did not seem to have any sway over the shipper in getting the item delivered, which is why I had to contact them myself.

Heater I purchased is good , Despatch of the item was " 2 days" after the online purchase . Freight was far to slow . Sat in the courier depot for 24hrs at destination city . Had to collect from the courier depot myself . A bit slack .
