Have not received the item so cant comment on it. Delivery is outside your control also. Anticipated date of delivery was today (23/5) so hopefully tomorrow. Finally received the itme 27/5. I assume circumstances beyond the control of transport. Well packed, no damage to item. Took some effort to set it up and still reading the enclosed manual (which I am glad was included.) Trying to work out the unit.

I haven’t received my parcel yet. No collection point was provided, rescheduled delivery didn’t arrive today as supposed to. No information updated

I had to ask for my extended warranty information which should have been supplied at the time of payment. The delivery was left at the bottom of my stairwell. I was home and the delivery people did not bother to contact me or even come up to the door that was open. I had to move a 65inch TV up a flight of stairs by myself.

I advised that delivery had to be between the hours of 9am -3pm as we are a school. The Microwave was obviously delivered outsdide these hours and was then sent to a nearby Newsagency for me to collect. It was a heavy box for me to pick up and put in my vehicle and then unload at the school. I would expect delivery to be to the address given.

A few days after making our purchase, the price dropped by around $200. Not only would they not refund me the difference, their customer support was woeful, along with their communication.

2 weeks later I’m still waiting for my microwave to arrive. Appliance Online should seriously reconsider using Aramex for courier service. Aramex tells you the driver attempted to make the delivery, but this is a complete lie. Just go checkout their Google review, worst courier in Australia.

When I purchased this TV there was a $100 price drop within a couple of hours after purchasing. A day later and there was another $100 drop. When I called them to justify how this was fair I was told to send an email to the sales team explaining what had happened. It's been over a week and have had no reply. I can't help but feel cheated and therefore cannot give more than 2 stars. If I get a reply I will reconsider this rating.

Took almost a full calendar month to deliver due to low stock. But never had any problems with the product, the installation nor the price.

Unfortunately I will not used Appliance central again because of their delayed response to my delivery issues and unorganised delivery partner Aramex!! I am still waiting 4 weeks on for my delivery when I am in Sydney approx 35 minutes away from their dispatch!! Not happy at all!

I purchased a TCL TV through Appliance Central in Dec 23 and it was delivered a full month later in Jan 24. I started experiencing issues with the TV immediately and contacted the TCL Support team to help diagnose and rectify these. As I had only just received the TV and am already experiencing problems with it, I wanted to make sure that I receive the full extent of warranty that I am entitled to, as Murphy's Law dictates that the next major problem always occurs immediately after your warranty period expires. I asked the TCL rep whether the warranty would be recognised from the date of delivery or the date stated on the payment receipt. I was told that TCL only recognised the date on the issued payment receipt. I have contacted Appliance Central at least 5 times to request either amendment to the original receipt to reflect the date of delivery, or some other form of similar documentation that would satisfy TCL. I have been given the royal run-around, lots of verbal assurances (e.g. "Just ring us in 3 years time when the warranty expires" - will they still be in business by then?) but extremely reluctant to commit anything satisfactory to paper. Seems such a simply matter to rectify. Spidey-sense tingling big-time!!!

I got a great deal on a good fridge and it was delivered and installed for free, plus they removed the old one. Getting the fridge, however, was much more difficult than I anticipated. I ordered an item that was on "back order", which the website said would take 7-10 days to be shipped rather than the standard next-day delivery. I was fine with that, but after the time passing hearing nothing about my delivery, I emailed Appliance Central to find out what was happening. I received no response so I rang them, and it was thankfully quite easy to get onto them. They told me they'd run out of stock and it would be a while until stock came back. Over the next few months, I kept ringing them and they kept telling me it would be soon and they would contact me next week, which they never did. Eventually, shortly after I called one day and was told the same thing, I received a call back telling me they could deliver it the next day (Saturday), which was good, but they couldn't give me a time until the delivery company contacted me the day of delivery, which is quite an inconvenient system. The next day, the delivery company called me to tell me they apparently couldn't deliver because some of their drivers had called in sick and they rescheduled for the Monday (despite saying they deliver every day, they didn't do Sundays). We finally got our fridge. However, the deliverers told me as they were leaving, they don't take away packaging so they'd left the huge amount of cardboard and polysterene in our driveway, which I'm still trying to slowly fit into the wheelie bins.

I paid for my fridge early December with a notification that it will be delivered in five to 10 days. I called them after 10 days and they said it would come in three weeks. I finally received it February I was not happy with the lack of communication. They could have told me from the start it was going to be three months away. Very disappointed

Delvery was good and product was good but super disappointed that l paid $196 at Appliance Central then a day later, found it on Amazon and Catch for $169. When l queried it, l eas advised parcel had been dispatched and nothing further could be done. Would have appreciated a price match as a gesture of good will but understand it's their perogative as the sale was completed.

A bit cheaper but delivery stuffed up. No communication when time changed and paid for Saturday electrician but ended up getting on Monday and didn't even wait long for tenants to open the door.

Initially they were not going to pickup the old fridge. After showing evidence of pickup on website they did but dumped my new fridge in the kitchen without installing it. Very dissapointed after a very long wait to deliver.

Unfortunately my $2000 package was left unnatended on the street with no signature, phone call or email. I am not satesfied with that level of service.
