“Package was in good condition. On morning of delivery, we were inside house with front door open and security screen closed. Driver hopped out of vehicle, put a "nobody home" card in the letterbox and then drove merrily on his way. Did not even so much as glance toward front of the house”

“The TV I purchased came on special The next day for $81 less, before being shipped. I requested the same price but didn't even have the courtesy of a response. NOT HAPPY”

“The price was very good but the delivery was shocking. Appliance Central used Aramex and they left the TV in the foyer of my apartment building when it's specifically said a signature was required.”

“Ordered product online, emailed to say delivery was coming, then quickly emailed again to advise no stock will deliver next week (even though website said stock was available at time of ordering). Next week came no delivery - they had no stock. So credit has been initiated.”

“Appliances delivered at night over 2 hours past window. Delivery people would not unbox and install appliances saying they were not paid by appliances central to do so, despite the website claiming free installation. Good prices at the store but I likely wouldnt order there again”

“Goods were OK, but delivery was a bit problematical. Aramex are the worst couriers in Australia and it took 12 days to get across Sydney for a delivery.”

“I had arranged delivery of my LG 12kg front loader washing machine on a Tuesday. The delivery did not materialize, nobody phoned me. However, the following day Wednesday I received a call to say the delivery was coming. When item was delivered and the guys where just about to leave when my wife asked why it was not connected as per the instructions, the guy said they do not connect driers, but my wife said we did not order a dryer but a washing machine. They said they were sorry and brought the washing machine. After the connection was leaking, the machine would not complete a wash signifying a OE Error. The office could not arrange for anyone to fix the problem - this was poor service at its core.”

“Applance central was excellent, however, the Kenwood FDP22130GY Kenwood MultiPro Go Super Compact Food Processor had one significant issue. It performed as promised and was excellent too, however, the cheap fake rubber base left significant marks on our benchtop. Great product however this is not acceptable and needs to be replaced/fixed asap.”

“Have not received the item so cant comment on it. Delivery is outside your control also. Anticipated date of delivery was today (23/5) so hopefully tomorrow. Finally received the itme 27/5. I assume circumstances beyond the control of transport. Well packed, no damage to item. Took some effort to set it up and still reading the enclosed manual (which I am glad was included.) Trying to work out the unit.”

“I had to ask for my extended warranty information which should have been supplied at the time of payment. The delivery was left at the bottom of my stairwell. I was home and the delivery people did not bother to contact me or even come up to the door that was open. I had to move a 65inch TV up a flight of stairs by myself.”

“I advised that delivery had to be between the hours of 9am -3pm as we are a school. The Microwave was obviously delivered outsdide these hours and was then sent to a nearby Newsagency for me to collect. It was a heavy box for me to pick up and put in my vehicle and then unload at the school. I would expect delivery to be to the address given.”

“2 weeks later I’m still waiting for my microwave to arrive. Appliance Online should seriously reconsider using Aramex for courier service. Aramex tells you the driver attempted to make the delivery, but this is a complete lie. Just go checkout their Google review, worst courier in Australia.”

“When I purchased this TV there was a $100 price drop within a couple of hours after purchasing. A day later and there was another $100 drop. When I called them to justify how this was fair I was told to send an email to the sales team explaining what had happened. It's been over a week and have had no reply. I can't help but feel cheated and therefore cannot give more than 2 stars. If I get a reply I will reconsider this rating.”

“Took almost a full calendar month to deliver due to low stock. But never had any problems with the product, the installation nor the price.”
