While I am happy with the the washer and dryer I bought. I am far from satisfied with the delivery. The delivery people lifted the unit in place and plugged them into the power. They didn’t make sure the machines were level. My biggest complaint is that they left all packaging behind. They said “ we don’t get paid to do that”. You will take our old appliances away (presumably to do up and sell, making money in the process, but won’t take away quite substantial packaging!!!!!

The damaged vaccum was sent . I could not figure out for few days why it is not working well. When I checked the cover of dust bag, it was broken .

The microvawe was ordered online on the 24/9/23. With a clear instruction to leave the goods at the patio of the granny flat at the back of the property. On 26/9/23 Aramex delivered the goods but took it back with them because I was not in the premises to sign the receiving of the goods. I called you and your receptionist told me there may be a pick up depot near me but she never got back to me. I sent another email 2 days later and again asked to deliver and leave the goods without my signature since I live alone and I work everyday . Again you replied in an email 2 days later and again wanted me to declare to accept the risk of the goods being missing or stolen had the goods were delivered without a receiver signature, which I did. The goods finally delivered on 5/10/23. I was not impressed by the way you deliver the goods. Had I known that a receiver signature is mandatory then I will definitely not proceed with the purchase because I will not take leave from work just to stay home and wait for your delivery. And your receptionist never called me back I think the duty of customer cares and responsibilities have been breached.

The delivery was poor. No contact details were available to change the delivery so it came when I knew I wasn't going to be home. To organise the redelivery took two tries which was annoying, I was unable to leave the house for a day not knowing when it was going to turn up & it didn't turn up. Will not purchase anything through them again

Delivery was on time,l had issues with my fridge,called the shop,was told to do an online enquiry, no reply l got,called again,said they are sorry ,will get in touch this mon or tue,lm still waiting, told them l will be travelling overseas on Friday night,so need this sorted out ASAP please.lm still waiting

good price offered which was available in my local stores 4 days later allied couriers hopeless get rid of them im going to there ware house tommorow to deliver my own tv should have just waited and picked up from local jb hi fi or good guys

Advertised the tv I wanted to purchase as in stock only to inform me the day before delivery that it isn't and proceeded to put me on a backlog. Asked me to reply to their emails if I have any inquiries only just to be ignored multiple times before having to finally call them and get an answer on its status. I don't appreciate the run around but I guess you get what you pay for. This TV is much cheaper here than the larger competitors such as good guys, jb hi fi, Bing Lee etc. Great product, poor service.

The Washing machine delivery was scheduled for Saturday but cancelled the day before. Rescheduled for the following Friday, cancelled by the delivery contractor. Rescheduled for the following Saturday morning, delivered late Saturday afternoon. This follows an order for a TV that was to be delivered within 3 days. After waiting 5 days I cancelled the order. Promises made but not delivered.

Ordering process was great and products as described but delivery let the whole experience down. Having to constantly chase up, getting conflicting information, having to stay home and wait for 6 hours was very frustrating. I will think twice about ordering form Appliance Central in the future because of this

We brought a Haier washer and the delivery was great however, the installation was not completed according to the installation manual. They did not install the noise suppression bottom plate, we now have an extra screw but no plate, since the installer took it with them. They also didn't even make any adjustments so the washing machine is levelled correctly (maybe they weren't train to do it or weren't aware), all they did was connected the hose and power. We texted the installer and he responded that it is optional. We rang the shop and the shop said they will organise someone out to install the noise suppression panel, it has been more than a week out and no one rang back to organise the fix.

Very disappointing delivery service. Had to make several enquiries as to where my purchases were and given no updates or reason why delayed. Will not use again.

Ask for delivery by anyone other than Aramex, after 11 days the microwave still has not arrived. Still has not arrived and has apparently been in regional depot now for a week.

I understand that from time to time, there are occasions that item's advertised online is out of stock. what would make the customer feels appreciated would be a personalised call with some alternatives based on the specifications of the items they have selected e.g matching specs in a different brand be proposed for a swap.

I have made my purchase over $1000 since 29/06/23 and today is 09/07/23 I have only received invoice to my email. My order hasn't been dispatched. I have sent an email to follow up my order 4 days ago but have not heard any thing since.
