CS is great, however I haven't received my TV, yet. TV arrived in Melbourne from Sydney within 4 working days. The delivery man didn't even ring my bell and put a peice of paper to ask me pick up the TV from their collection centre. They are Aramax. I had same experience before with them. Ridiculous. Appliance Central told me that they rearranged the delivery to my place but no updates for a week. You have to change the delivery company if you want great service and reviews. You will consistently get bad reviews because of Aramex. I want my TV asap.

I ordered the appliance on 10th June and it finally arrived today on 21st June. Aramex left a card at the door when my husband was at home. Then it took 2 attempts to get my delivery over another week. There was no phone number to ring and no suggested time of delivery. I am happy with the appliance but not impressed with the delivery company!!

The delivery was delayed because of a truck breakdown. Then the guys delivering were in such a hurry, they wouldn't allow my husband to remove the screen door so the fridge would fit. This resulted in an additional charge of $250.00 so someone could come and remove the fridge doors to fit in the door. By the time they got there, 5 days later, this was unnecessary as my husband had removed the screen door and the fridge fitted fine.

Happy they matched Harvey Norman prices however delivery was a complete mess. Fridge was meant to arrive on a Saturday and didn't arrive until Monday. Communication was terrible and with having to empty the fridge and freezer and allow 4 hours once the new one was delivered, a lot of food was spoilt.

I ordered and paid for a washing machine on the 27/4/2023 but it was not in stock. I was told it would arrive in 1-2 weeks. I'm still waiting to get notified on when it will arrive

Management to deliver ordered goods on line needs improvement. Courier service does not update customer services in case of delays. Your own customer service after the order is quite poor. Experience could have been made better rather than bitter. Good luck

Aramex (delivery service you work with) is terrible. Almost every other delivery company these days seems to have live-tracking or texts/emails on the day of delivery (w/ a delivery window)... or they call in advance of the delivery to give a heads up or they call when they can't find a place to leave the item upon arrival etc.. Pretty basic stuff. Avoids having to re-shedule and annoy customers. Aramex however does not offer "call on approach/during delivery" according to their WhatsApp guy (the only way I could speak to someone). All the numbers on their website don't work or ring out. They don't fill out the failed delivery cards that they leave at properties with instructions on how to collect so not sure what's going on there either. It's all very sloppy. You then have to wait 2-3 days for re-delivery or drive out to the port to collect all because a delivery driver failed to make contact at my house (when I'd taken the day off and was home).

I am still waiting for my goods. It’s been in Brisbane for three days. I am not far from Brisbane. So I think you can be better with who you send the goods with. I ordered other goods the same day form other supplies and they have arrived days ago. Not good enough for me. Thanks

The item was shipped with Aramex, whom I have had many a frustrating experience with in the past. They are constantly delayed, with no reason or updates. Had I known, I'd have driven across Sydney to pick up in store.

Bought an expensive TV from this shop, TV came in with damage to a metal frame! I called them the same day and the response was "write an email to us with the photo of the damage" (nobody mentioned that I can't have the TV on). After a day of waiting (nobody replied to my email or called me back), I decided to call them by myself. The response to that call was: "Well since you turned it on (how otherwise am I supposed to check whether the display wasn't damaged? I have no idea) most likely LG won't accept the return, therefore we can't replace it! We can offer a 150AUD as a damage discount and they assured me that the damage to the frame won't affect any potential inquiries to the manufacturer warranty (let's hope it is true). I just need to send them an email with photos of the damage (again) - to what I said "okay" (since the display working fine for now), I'll accept that discount. Sent an email two days ago, but as usual, nobody replied to it, sitting and waiting for the 150AUD of discount, hope it'll come through. So, decide by yourself, whether you wanna have any deals with these guys, that was my last purchase in this shop that's for sure.

The fridge itself is great. The ordering process was easy and efficient. The problem came when it came to delivery. We were told it would be delivered on a Friday between 8:30 and 6 and were given a link to track progress. We stayed in all day only for around 4pm the link to update to say we were now scheduled for Saturday delivery between 8:30 and 11:30. There was no other communication of this or explanation. We then stayed in on Saturday when finally just after 1pm they arrived. The delivery guys were clearly in a rush to deliver the fridge and leave. On arrival they decided the fridge would not go through one of the internal doors so instead just left it in the corridor and did not take the old fridge and rushed off to leave. They promised the would come and pick up the old fridge on Tuesday but we have not heard anything since. I also found they had left the enormous box and polystyrene in our garden. We are now stuck with the old fridge which needs removing but Appliance Central have told us to contact the delivery company direct and the delivery company is not answering the phone. What a nightmare.
