“The truck turned up but my fridge wasn't loaded and the staff said the company would get in touch with me. When I rang no one could help me and told me to wait for the next run to the Central Coast. I hope my fridge would not drop dead from now till next run.”

“Your response to our purchase of a microwave was outstanding. But, and this is a big but. We have not yet received this microwave. I placed the order on the 14th Dec after our previous microwave gave up the ghost. You dispatch it on the 15th and we have not yet received it now fast approaching the 22nd. Was hoping to get it before the 25th (Christmas). But alas it seems our expectations are going to be dashed. Perhaps you should use a different carrier, we might be tempted to give a better score.”

“We haven’t received our item yet. Due on the 14/12/22 .Courier website says delays and they are actively attempting to recruit. I have seen the same courier company drive past so they are delivering to the area. I would change courier contractors. No updates on website for when it will arrive.”

“The price and initial transaction occurred efficiently however the entire delivery process let you down. The product was ordered on 30 November and we were notified that it was shipped on 2 December picked up from your depot some time later. Aramex tried to deliver on 9 December however I was upstairs at the time, I yelled out to the driver but by the time I got downstairs, he was gone. It has taken to today, 14 December to arrange re-delivery. Your website states estimated delivery time to be 2 - 5 days!”

“Very good price compared to other stores, however, unfortunately the delivery company used is incompetent. Tracking page shows that item hasn't even arrived at the depot yet, trying to chase it up with them is useless as they have terrible customer service. If you used a better courier service I would probably give 5 stars.”

“The product is great and a great cheap buy. BUT, the delivery service was beyond terrible - hence the rating. There was zero communication. I was given a delivery day and nothing arrived. Nothing was updated online and I got no call or email about the delay. It was literally lucky someone was home when they did deliver. However, it was my young adult daughter who is very slender and small. The delivery driver only wanted to take a photo (on the door-step) and didn't even assist her to bring it into the house. This was a TV and not a cheap purchase. I wouldn't but again if the same delivery / courier service was used.”
