Very Disappointed! A light TV 55 I understand company policy but my mum took my order as I was at work and it could easily be lifted up a flight or 2 of stairs but instead was left down stairs with my mum until a gentleman from my units helped my mum

It wasn't followed my request. The guy just put the TV in ground floor instead of coming to my apartment. Also, the delivery was 3 business late than the promised date.

We had a washing machine delivered and installed on Monday, 29 August. The delivery was as expected, but the installation left a little to be desired. Our old washing machine was situated on a wooden platform; the new washing machine was situated on the same platform. Unfortunately, in the process of installing the new washing machine, the wooden platform was moved so that the platform is no longer parallel to the wall. As the new washing machine is very heavy, we are unable to adjust the wooden platform so that it does not stick out at an angle. It would have been nice if the installers were more careful. If possible, when you have installers in this area again, could they please adjust the wooden platform? Note that the product, the price and the delivery were very good, while only the installation was unsatisfactory. Regards, Thomas Gush 0412995345

Received appliance quickly but when there was a problem with it upon trying to use for the first time I was fobbed off. They didn’t want to know about it

I purchased a TV online as they had the best price available. I was impressed as I placed the order online and it arrived within the 2 business days. However the information regarding the features of the TV was incorrect to the manufacturer. I am disappointed as the feature called Ambient mode was advertised on the website but when the TV arrived I realised the model did not support this feature. If I had known this I would have purchased a different model which had this feature.

Price was great Website easy to use All was well until we were told TV was despatched and we confirmed next day delivery was OK From there we went on a 5 day stressful journey of trying to get it delivered On two occasions promised delivery did not eventuate There were several unsuccessful phone calls to locate the delivery When it finally arrived it was late The delivery process and procedures need a complete review and revision You need a better delivery service

The good thing about AC is the price however, my fridge was delivered damaged and I didn't accept it. I was meant to receive a new one the following week. After I called AC to ask if it's coming, they didn't organise it and didn't have stock so I'm still waiting, another week. I hope to receive it next week. At this point in time I can only give it two stars.

Washing machine unit is great but customer service and delivery guys horrible. Delivery guys left my unit in the garage and drove off. When I contacted them to come back and install it they said “ I told them I asked them not to install” In regards to customer service I told them the situation and never ever got back to me. Overall front loader is great it’s what I was looking for. Customer service and delivery experience is poor.

Purchased a fridge and selected “delivery and install” but when the item was delivered, was told by the delivery guy that he doesn’t install and is only responsible for delivery. Emailed sales team and I’ve not heard back, this is really disappointing and won’t be using appliance central again.

The delivery guys have damaged our kitchen floor but Appliance Central are not directly taking responsibility but have directed it to the delivery company. We did not hire the delivery company ( Appliance Central did). We only deal with Appliance Central and expect them to take responsibility and act accordingly.

Happy with everything except the delivery time. was to have been Saturday but after waiting for a few hours was given a call to say that due to an isolation problem the delivery would be Sunday morning early. This was understandable and acceptable due to the current health situation. I was told that the delivery would be early. Your app gave me a time between 11.00am - 2.00pm on Sunday morning. After waiting and no delivery had arrived I rang the driver to see what was happening. I got no response and waited for a return call 15 minutes later I rang the office to be told that they would ring me back. 30 minutes later I followed up as I had not heard from the office. I was told it would be here in 20 minutes and this was followed by a text message to the same effect but 22 minutes. After this, the driver rang me and said he had 3 deliveries before getting to mine. The driver was at Liverpool with deliveries at Bonnyrigg and Fairfield before me. Estimated being at my place around 5.30pm. The delivery was here around the 4.30pm mark. Driver was nice and apologetic, saying his run started out Campbelltown way. I was never going to be getting an early delivery nor probably a delivery by 2.00pm. You need to be more honest with customers as to the actual times for deliveries, not some rubbish times.

The product I got - LG TV has no issues. The reason for the bad review is using aramex as a courier company. Please consider changing to a more reputable company. First the delivery was very late (which i understand due to Covid and the flu and staff shortages) so was understanding. I did however put in my delivery notes to you guys that I needed delivery to my door (building has a lift) and read on the delivery section of your website that this would be fine. Aramex delivery guy was extremely rude and refused to, leaving my to carry a heavy tv by myself. I live alone and specifically called out I needed it at least delivered to the door. Disappointed
