Delivery time was not accurate and the time it actually has taken so far would have changed my decision and bought from someone else

I purchased a new Samsung refrigerator and paid for it two weeks before we moved so that we could have refrigeration on the day after we moved to our new home. The fridge was good for delivery and I was tracking it when it disappeared. I rang and was told to contact the delivery coordinator for whom I left both voicemail and text messages. With no response. I heard nothing at all until the following afternoon when I had a call half an hour before delivery. The delivery guys said they knew nothing about it being a day late. Unreliable delivery and poor communication.

At present paid for this item 10 days ago and haven’t heard anything with regard to a delivery time. You only buy a washing machine when you need it.

Purchase made, receipt received, then....... crickets. I assume deliveries are delayed due to covid but maybe some customer comms to track status? Website is good. Also maybe wait until transaction is complete to ask for feedback. Hope this helps.

The main reason we bought it from Appliance Central was the delivery time matches our needs. We still haven't received our parcel. So not happy with the service

After much pondering I decided on a micro system expecting it within a week or so after the week I called and was told it would be another month, i have since cancelled my order.

I purchased a vacuum cleaner on 29/12. At the order the estimated time of arrival 5to 10January (fair enough NY long weekend, then your shipping company changed to 10 to 13 January, now it is 13 to 17 January. The delivery address is 20 km from your depot. I rang Thursday 06/01 to find out whether the vacuum cleaner was coming from overseas and I was confirmed, not. It left Villawood 29/12/21 I was also promised to be called back yesterday 7/1 with more info, but nobody called me back. I tried to ring again today Saturday 8/1at 3pm and the disk said i rang after hours (10 to 4 pm AEST Saturday and Sunday) At this stage I cannot give a good review. Let’s hope you guys can make me change my mind

No update has been giving on my order once I paid my item in full. I would like an update/confirmation on my order, especially when spending large amounts of money.

They still haven’t come back to pick up their boxes and my old machine that I paid to be taken away on the day the new one was delivered. Are you guys reading this as I’m still waiting 4 days later….

Thanks for delivering my TV promptly given this time of year. Unfortunately I can’t understand why you wouldn’t deliver to my suburb when you deliver to suburbs very near to me? This was really inconvenient as I had to organise and pay for a 2nd courier to deliver to my home just 6 minutes away. When the driver(from Allied couriers) arrived at the first delivery address I said to him it’s a shame you don’t deliver to my suburb . He’s reply was ‘We do and even further north!’ I replied ‘That’s not what Appliance Central told me?’

I ordered a tv on 28/11/21. It is today, 5/12/21. I haven't received it yet. Intriguing that it takes more than a week to get an item from Sydney to Pimpama. Is it coming by truck?

Ordering was fine so was payment. Had to email to get updates. Delivery arrangement was pathetic. Needed to be home from 8am to 4pm. Requested and arranged /agreed to be informed 30mins before delivery, got a sms 4 minutes before arrival. Asked why they didn't call. Driver was was abusive and started using swayer words on the street when I was at my door, basically shouting! Eventually I said and indicated with my hand to bring it over. I went I side and when they brought the fridge in I told them that the reason for 39 min was so to empty the existing fridge, to which they both became more abusive saying not their problem, take it up with Appliance Central. I did not feel safe with 2 big guys so I told them to take it away.
