I purchased from you as it was advertised as a 1 to 2 day delivery and I wanted a TV for the footy finals. It’s now 7 days on and my TV still hasn’t arrived!! 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Your pricing was good, execution of promises poor

The owner's manual in the fridge is VIETNAM language on it. Not english.

On the website, it says that items are usually dispatched within 1-2 days after order is placed. I placed an order for a in-stock fridge 7 days ago and it is still not dispatched. Rang Appliance Central and was told they were out of stock in NSW and had to get stock in from elsewhere and they are unsure when stock would arrive. Would have bought another model if delay was anticipated.

I received my product very promptly which is commendable however after my product was damaged the response and chasing has been quite poor

Purchasing the goods fine. The whole delivery service was abysmal. The transport company rang one morning and left a message stating I needed to call back ASAP to get delivered. I couldn’t call so my wife did and the driver was very defensive and had many excuses about truck sizes and whatever. We weren’t fussed. Then he rang the next day and said it couldn’t be delivered that day but will be the next. He was very short and again not very pleasant to deal with. It got delivered two days later. Also, I hadn’t received any notification when it was to be delivered or if it had even been delivered from them or yourselves. Customer service from your transport company at its lowest. Anyway, tv works great.

We were told our deliver would come in 1-2 days it’s almost over a week later. Very disappointed!

It’s been 9 days since I spent almost $10,000 on purchases of Samsung TV’s and sound bars. Even though they said it was in stock, there is no sign of my delivery. To make it worse, I can’t get Ben or Ann to return my calls.

Your price was good. The paperwork good. But the delivery experience has been poor. I ordered Monday it's now Saturday and my goods are not here. You are in Sydney, I am in Jervis Bay a little over 2 hours away. 5 days ? And worse still your couriers cannot tell me where my goods are? The tracking on their App tells me it's on the Gold Coast ? Phoned their local guy who didn't know. He referred me to their Wollongong branch who tell me it's not on the Gold Coast (problem with duplicate tracking numbers ?) it's with a subcontractor for delivery but they couldn't tell me who or where my goods are??? Got me to raise a ticket on their website. That was on Thursday, no response so far. This order was for an LPG gas heater, by the time I get it it will be summer and I wont need it !!!

Delivery was efficient but installation need to be improved. 1st Order - Washing machine was installed incorrectly, which has caused leaking issue. 2nd Order - Fridge was delivered quickly but it was dropped at front of garage first. The drivers refused to enter my house for installation.

I purchased a LG GF-L570PL LG 570L Slim French Door Fridge, order ID 96424. The sales process and organising delivery was fine, staff pleasant and helpful. We had and still have issues with the delivery and installation. The delivery team were polite and helpful. They had to bring the fridge around to the rear of the house as it would not go through the front door. Unfortunately they did not have enough training or experience in the movement of a heavy fridge on wooden floors. After pushing the fridge sideways across our wooden floor it has left deep indentations which will be expensive to repair. Installation was the next issue. In the sale process we ticked the installation required box expecting that the install process as detailed in the manual would be followed. After manoeuvring the fridge into the fridge space it was plugged in and we were told not to turn it on for two hours. The delivery team then left. The levelling and door adjustment as detailed in the installation section of the manual was not done. My communications with Appliance Central from this point were disappointing to say the least. After advising that the installation process was not complete nothing happened for days so I engaged an LG repairer to attend and complete the install, cost $99. I am at a loss as to what I am going to do about the floor damage as the repair process will cause major disruption and cost. I have supplied a photo of some of the groves that were created in the floor.

Probably a bit premature to send a review to someone who still has not had their order delivered. Change your couriers please or offer to upgrade the courier. Its unacceptable. 1 to 2 days was the exception stated by your system, it's been 8 days and its not even moved.

Product price & dispatch ok but let down by transport company for interstate delivery. Tv was collected from NSW depot on Thursday 24 & sent to Melbourne. Left Melbourne Friday 25 pm & was not scanned into Adelaide until Tuesday 29! I kept taking days off expecting delivery but finally after 3 days had to ring to arrange delivery. Was delivered on Monday 3pm because am delivery could not promised, also Saturday delivery was not available. I have previously purchased the same size tv from Kogan & received in 3 days.

Purchasing the tv was quick and easy because I did that myself. The delivery of my tv was painful. I received an email to confirm a delivery date. I confirmed that date, yet it did not arrive. There was no phone call, myself and my husband made quite a few phone calls to chase up our delivery. As a person that works in retail and deals with customer service and deliveries I am quite patient with these situations. But this experience tested my patience, the fact that I myself had to ring and chase up an order when I was at work myself was irritating. I don’t mind if I had to wait for my order as long as this was communicated to me. Communication with your customers is incredibly important. Id probably start there to improve a person’s customer experience. Have a good one.

Not happy AC. The item I ordered on 28/6 was listed as available but the next day I was told it was not available and the alternate TV was an extra $100. OK, it is a more recent model so I coughed up the extra on 29/6. It was dispatched the same day but has not arrived in 5 days. Presumably, my new TV will be bouncing around in the back of a truck for a week before I get it. I live in greater Sydney so I do not understand the delay. BTW: The courier tracking site is useless.

Delivery drivers damaged our front door while bringing the washing machine. We adviced delivers to bring the machine from side access but they ignored us.
