Thanks for delivering my TV promptly given this time of year. Unfortunately I can’t understand why you wouldn’t deliver to my suburb when you deliver to suburbs very near to me? This was really inconvenient as I had to organise and pay for a 2nd courier to deliver to my home just 6 minutes away. When the driver(from Allied couriers) arrived at the first delivery address I said to him it’s a shame you don’t deliver to my suburb . He’s reply was ‘We do and even further north!’ I replied ‘That’s not what Appliance Central told me?’

I ordered a tv on 28/11/21. It is today, 5/12/21. I haven't received it yet. Intriguing that it takes more than a week to get an item from Sydney to Pimpama. Is it coming by truck?

Ordering was fine so was payment. Had to email to get updates. Delivery arrangement was pathetic. Needed to be home from 8am to 4pm. Requested and arranged /agreed to be informed 30mins before delivery, got a sms 4 minutes before arrival. Asked why they didn't call. Driver was was abusive and started using swayer words on the street when I was at my door, basically shouting! Eventually I said and indicated with my hand to bring it over. I went I side and when they brought the fridge in I told them that the reason for 39 min was so to empty the existing fridge, to which they both became more abusive saying not their problem, take it up with Appliance Central. I did not feel safe with 2 big guys so I told them to take it away.

The dryer and washer are mixed up on the website. Even in the invoice, it was mentioned as a dryer instead of a washer

I ordered a ChiQ 166 L Upright freezer. The advertisement said it had LED lighting. After looking at my purchase I discovered it didn't. I contacted Appliance Central and they told me it was the manufacturer's fault and they would notify them. I was told there was nothing they could do for me. I notice they are still selling this Freezer with this company and others showing LED lighting which it clearly does not have.

This is the second time I received this request to do a review. I must say I am very diappointed that this stick vacuum cleaner is faulty. Once it's put together it cannot be pulled apart to use another attachment or as a hand held vacuum. Appliance Central hasn't come back with a solution other than they had contacted Miele for resolution. I would like to know what's their return policy as I am not happy with it at all. I contacted Miele and was given a vacuum repairer to do assessment but due to Covid I am not able to it yet. I hope Appliance Central can provide a better after sale service and would like to hear from them.

Couriers arrived on Wednesday without tools to install the hose connection. They left taking the old washing machine but had removed the plug on the pipe in the vanity cupboard where the hose connects which rendered the sink unusable. There was no communication about this or about water leakage into or under the vanity. They did not return til the next day in the afternoon to complete the installation. They took 10 minutes saying it was complete. However when the new washing machine was run for the first time according to the instructions in the manual we could hear water leaking onto the floor. On checking we could see the hose was not secured onto the pipe under the sink as before. This led to further potential water damage. We secured the connection ourselves and the leak stopped and we were able to clean up the water and complete the wash cycle. In addition the power safety switch overrode during the cycle switching off the power to the property. Same thing happened next morning with next load of washing. No other machines such as dishwasher, computer etc were running at the time. Have since done 2 loads without loss of power or incidents. Found the installation process to be incompetent and lacking in communication. Delivery prompt and price of washing machine very good.

Was very disappointed to have our install delivery occur and the deliverers left all the packaging here … I have no way of getting rid of it , except possibly making numerous trips to the tip. Atm it is all in my carport meaning we cannot put car there. Also leaving the our other fridge out In the rain was not great for it either!

Item is yet to arrive after a week. To be fair its not Appliance Centrals fault but they use this freight company willingly.

The appliances were delivered, which isn't the issue. They did not hook up the washing machine properly, by not installing a proper hose, so when I did my first wash, it leaked all over the laundry room. And the dryer was not hooked up correctly either. Not good, as installation was supposed to be included, but they did a terrible job

The delivery person didn't took out the existing refrigerator though it was mentioned that the old refrigerator will be recycled

I purchased from you as it was advertised as a 1 to 2 day delivery and I wanted a TV for the footy finals. It’s now 7 days on and my TV still hasn’t arrived!! 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Your pricing was good, execution of promises poor

The owner's manual in the fridge is VIETNAM language on it. Not english.

On the website, it says that items are usually dispatched within 1-2 days after order is placed. I placed an order for a in-stock fridge 7 days ago and it is still not dispatched. Rang Appliance Central and was told they were out of stock in NSW and had to get stock in from elsewhere and they are unsure when stock would arrive. Would have bought another model if delay was anticipated.
