Purchased a fridge and selected “delivery and install” but when the item was delivered, was told by the delivery guy that he doesn’t install and is only responsible for delivery. Emailed sales team and I’ve not heard back, this is really disappointing and won’t be using appliance central again.

The delivery guys have damaged our kitchen floor but Appliance Central are not directly taking responsibility but have directed it to the delivery company. We did not hire the delivery company ( Appliance Central did). We only deal with Appliance Central and expect them to take responsibility and act accordingly.

Happy with everything except the delivery time. was to have been Saturday but after waiting for a few hours was given a call to say that due to an isolation problem the delivery would be Sunday morning early. This was understandable and acceptable due to the current health situation. I was told that the delivery would be early. Your app gave me a time between 11.00am - 2.00pm on Sunday morning. After waiting and no delivery had arrived I rang the driver to see what was happening. I got no response and waited for a return call 15 minutes later I rang the office to be told that they would ring me back. 30 minutes later I followed up as I had not heard from the office. I was told it would be here in 20 minutes and this was followed by a text message to the same effect but 22 minutes. After this, the driver rang me and said he had 3 deliveries before getting to mine. The driver was at Liverpool with deliveries at Bonnyrigg and Fairfield before me. Estimated being at my place around 5.30pm. The delivery was here around the 4.30pm mark. Driver was nice and apologetic, saying his run started out Campbelltown way. I was never going to be getting an early delivery nor probably a delivery by 2.00pm. You need to be more honest with customers as to the actual times for deliveries, not some rubbish times.

The product I got - LG TV has no issues. The reason for the bad review is using aramex as a courier company. Please consider changing to a more reputable company. First the delivery was very late (which i understand due to Covid and the flu and staff shortages) so was understanding. I did however put in my delivery notes to you guys that I needed delivery to my door (building has a lift) and read on the delivery section of your website that this would be fine. Aramex delivery guy was extremely rude and refused to, leaving my to carry a heavy tv by myself. I live alone and specifically called out I needed it at least delivered to the door. Disappointed

Really great customer service booking delivery however did select install and they just left it in the box, next to the wall directly next to the kitchen.

Happy with online purchase, price & delivery cost. However I received notification that my order was being delivered on 21st April, it never showed up. So I called the courier company on the 22nd and they advised that my address was outside their delivery area, however I have been charged delivery cost for my item to be delivered to my address as per my purchase confirmation. They advised that they would have to contact a third party courier to arrange delivery. My order did not arrive by close of business on 22nd April. I am hoping I hear back from the courier tomorrow (26th April) with advice on when my order will be delivered. My current vacuum cleaner recently broke, so desperately need my new one to arrive to clean the house.

To Whom It May Concern, Hi, I haven't received my order yet so far. The courier try to deliver last Thursday 14/4 afternoon, unfortunately, I was at work at that time. Try to contact the courier to arrange the delivery again or pick up by myself, but no response so far.

The shopping experience at Appliance Central was easy but delivery is terrible. It took 3 days just to ship and now it's been 8 days and Aramex still haven't delivered my new microwave. All I get is a message saying it is delayed and no response from their online support at all. Appliance Online delivered products to me overnight. You need to get a new delivery company instead of the cheapest, it is costing you, customers.

Your choice of courier "Aramex" has to be reassessed. I had to go and pick it up myself. "Free delivery" turned into and expense of petrol and time.

The customer service, order process, and timely dispatch of the product that I ordered (a soundbar system at the high end) from Appliance Central was excellent. Unfortunately Appliance Central were badly let down by their delivery partner, Allied Express. Despite agreement with Allied Express upon a date to deliver the product when someone would be home, they instead delivered it (without authorisation) when no-one was there. This sensitive electronic equipment was dropped over a fence, and left in an area open to the elements for 2 days. My complaint email to Allied Express (having called and been told this was the only way to register a complaint), has to-date gone unanswered. In summary, I would recommend Appliance Central, however check who is going to deliver your item, and if it is Allied Express - I would request an alternate delivery partner, or not proceed.

Great price quick supply packing now taken away took another 3 days after arrival for old fridge to be taken away after being promised next day , then day after ,then finally taken on Thursday after Monday delivery

Very poor communication, apart from an invoice sent there has been nothing. Other places inform as to what stage the order is up to or when the delivery date will be. I could have just got one from the shop. My old jug is broken and I’m needing this now. I HAVENT GOT THE ITEM ITS NOT DELIVERED YET.
