I booked an OLED TV which was promised to be delivered in 2-3 days. It’s been more than a week and I’m still waiting. Missing all the World Cup football action it’s quiet frustrating.

The product is great and a great cheap buy. BUT, the delivery service was beyond terrible - hence the rating. There was zero communication. I was given a delivery day and nothing arrived. Nothing was updated online and I got no call or email about the delay. It was literally lucky someone was home when they did deliver. However, it was my young adult daughter who is very slender and small. The delivery driver only wanted to take a photo (on the door-step) and didn't even assist her to bring it into the house. This was a TV and not a cheap purchase. I wouldn't but again if the same delivery / courier service was used.

Delivery is okay. Installation and remove of old machine would have not been done if did insist that they were in the invoice and that’s the reason why I bought the new machine at Appliance Central. If I knew that there was no pick up of old machine and installation i should not bought the new machine inastead I buy at Goodguys or Harvey Norman. You should honour what you advertised of remove of old machine and installation of the new machine

Tv was left upside down outside the house. Haven't opened yet waiting for new house. Will report for any issues if present

No price guarantee. I bought a TV and they dropped the price by $200 the next day without passing it on. Better to shop at a store that has a price guarantee.

I find communication/service lacking and the website is dated and confusing. Overall, a poor experience.

Hi, I had poor experience from the purchase. First of all the item did not get delivered on the date advised. Then your phone number on the website is not attended by anyone for most of the day. I called several time before I could get to the person. Then the phone got disconnected while I was on hold talking to the person and waiting for status of delivery. So had to call a few times again. And lastly, the delivery guys were rude, in extreme rush, did not care about checking if the machine is installed properly and ran leaving the mess behind. I am thinking of putting this review on google and everywhere else on social media. Thanks.

The delivery was quick however the carriers was not professional and they scratched my fridge sides to my apartment’s door. They also refused to collect the empty boxes.

I was given a 2 hr delivery window from 10.30-12.30 but the fridge didn't arrive until 13.45, the delivery guys didn't remove the existing fridge or take the packaging from the new fridge when they left.

The item was not delivered though I was at home and there was no attempt to call or ring the door bell. I drove 20km to pick up the item the next day from the warehouse

Appliance Central was great - excellent price and product delivered quickly. Their delivery partner however lets them down massively. The person who delivered my tv stood in the foyer and REFUSED to get in the lift with the tv on the trolley to bring it to my apartment. He was literally standing in front of of the lift and insisted they only deliver to the building. For this reason only I wouldn’t use them again sadly.

Delivery time expectation set was 2 weeks or longer. Then told it would be 3-4 days. Then it just rocked up. So it was quick, which is great, but impossible to plan for. Worse still, it was a big screen TV being delivered to my 84 year old Mum. They didn't knock they just left it outside in the elements and she had no idea until she went out later. I realise it's the courier company you use at fault, but that's ultimately part of your product offering.
