It took me more than one month to receive the item, and the delivery was so poor, It had to be signed for in person, so my package was sent back, and I had to spend another 5.5dollars to choose redelivery, and it was delivered two days after I chose the delivery date. I wonder why there is no pickup station, or why it is not just placed in the lobby? I couldn't have asked for leave to stay at home for the delivery, and you didn't deliver it on the date I chose.

The Only Good Thing Was The Price I paid for an LG 65 inch OLED TV and a LG soundbar which the website said were in stock. Next day I was emailed by Appliances Online/Villawood Betta and told the soundbar was not in stock. I was given the option to wait for the soundbar to come from the supplier and foolishly agreed. After 3 business days I changed my mind and asked for the TV without the bar since the Olympics started the following week. I then waited 7 days for the TV to be delivered from Sydney to Melbourne. So it arrived in Week 2 of the Olympics. On 7 August 2024, six business days after I asked for the unavailable soundbar to be dropped from my order, I have received no communication about refunding me the $800 paid for the soundbar. I have just rung Appliances Online and been told a refund takes 2 – 3 business days. An unsatisfying thing to hear when I’ve waited six days and no sign of a refund. At the moment I’m waiting on a callback.

I have recently written to you after a wait for the purchase I made which seems far too long without explanation. I am disappointed in the service. Definitely not a great review from me Very disappointed, I had a washing machine delivered & installed only to do my first load in which resulted in my laundry being flooded & neighbouring bedroom carpet & down my hallway and into the linen cupboard. What a huge mess 🤬🤬🤬🤬 The washing machine drain hose was NOT installed correctly Absolutely disgusted

No follow up. Had to call several times. After delivery, had to organise someone else to fix, although it was included in the delivery. Very poor service.

Product itself appears well built and serviceable. Delivery was pathetic. Never came on day promised. 12 hours of staying home to no delivery occurring. Rang appliance central and simply a referral to courier to follow up which never occurred. Compared to Amazon delivery it was pathetic and I would not buy another product from Appliance Central based on delivery experience and delayed time frame from leaving your warehouse to arrival in Adelaide.

Initial order and delivery was fine, however there was difficulty with installation and attempts to contact you for assistance went ignored and I am still not able to use my appliance. Very disappointed.

specifically asked for delivery be on a particualr day 4 times and was completely ignored all 4 times. Not good service.

My new 4k bluray player had glitchy playback of one of my discs that works fine on my older cheaper player. I called to get it replaced but was told to email instead and now no one has replied to my email I sent more than a week ago.

I recently made a purchase but then due to some reason I cancelled my order, its been more then 11 days and still I haven’t got my refund. I spoke to 3 different agents and as usual all of them say that they will call me back but the call never comes back.

Delivery was very poor was notified item was out for delivery on Thursday did not arrive unable to deliver on Friday item arrived on Monday morning
