Definitely not a great review from me Very disappointed, I had a washing machine delivered & installed only to do my first load in which resulted in my laundry being flooded & neighbouring bedroom carpet & down my hallway and into the linen cupboard. What a huge mess 🤬🤬🤬🤬 The washing machine drain hose was NOT installed correctly Absolutely disgusted

No follow up. Had to call several times. After delivery, had to organise someone else to fix, although it was included in the delivery. Very poor service.

Product itself appears well built and serviceable. Delivery was pathetic. Never came on day promised. 12 hours of staying home to no delivery occurring. Rang appliance central and simply a referral to courier to follow up which never occurred. Compared to Amazon delivery it was pathetic and I would not buy another product from Appliance Central based on delivery experience and delayed time frame from leaving your warehouse to arrival in Adelaide.

Initial order and delivery was fine, however there was difficulty with installation and attempts to contact you for assistance went ignored and I am still not able to use my appliance. Very disappointed.

specifically asked for delivery be on a particualr day 4 times and was completely ignored all 4 times. Not good service.

My new 4k bluray player had glitchy playback of one of my discs that works fine on my older cheaper player. I called to get it replaced but was told to email instead and now no one has replied to my email I sent more than a week ago.

I recently made a purchase but then due to some reason I cancelled my order, its been more then 11 days and still I haven’t got my refund. I spoke to 3 different agents and as usual all of them say that they will call me back but the call never comes back.

Delivery was very poor was notified item was out for delivery on Thursday did not arrive unable to deliver on Friday item arrived on Monday morning

The TV we bought went on sale the next day. We asked if we could be refunded the difference. Rang and sent several emails. Didn’t even get acknowledged with a reply. Obviously no interest in customer satisfaction so won’t be using this company again. Very disappointing to deal with.

The people that delivered didn't remove the strapping under machine it nearly broke a window jumping around laundry because it was not balanced correctly after I asked if it was & was told yes it was they left & I had to get a repair man to come & look what the trouble was & he found the strapping & removed it . Won't be getting anything more from you thanks

The product description made no reference to the need to hire skilled electricians to connect to a separate switchboard vs plugging into the existing mains. This cost me almost as much as the product itself. When I asked to return the item based on doubling the cost and poor description, I was told yes at my own expense and they would deduct 20% to restock something that hasn't been opened - Disgusting profiteering. I will never buy from these guys again but they wont care.

A really bad purchase. The Hisense TV 65U8KAU is a dud. Managed to get it out of the box and set it up and flicking through channels it lost the picture. Completely dark screen, which for a TV seems like a critical fault. It seems possible to reset the TV by unplugging from power, but then it randomly does the same within 30min. Since this happened on the first day of use I asked appliance central to refund the purchase. Instead they pointed me to the manufacturer warranty which instead of sending someone to repair wasted my time on troubleshooting via the phone. Total waist at the moment, the TV does not work and has been sitting a dud in the loving room for over two weeks now. I request a refund! Do not buy this model/brand.

Item was not delivered to my address although I was home! instead left it at a picking point. Also the item was defect out of box and still the issue has not been resolved.

Very poor service as I’m trying to sort out damage caused by the incorrect installation of my washing machine. The delivery drivers didn’t install the water hose correctly and it has leaked and caused damage to my laundry cabinets. Tried calling requesting supervisor and yet to get a call back. Has been going for over a week. Poor service.

I haven’t received my product. I tried to contact the courier company to reschedule delivery and had no update after 1 week I am still waiting on response. I have attempted to contact Appliance Central via email on 2 occasions and I have not received a response either and still waiting after 1 week.
