“Perched a tv Order ID 230346 on 03/11/24. Today is 15/11/24. The courier company you are using so called Aramex did not deliver the parcel when I was waiting till it arrived. The driver who came ro not says he could not find my house. I tried to get it re delivered and Aramex is sending me emails saying it will be delivered next day and again another 2 to 3 days. Not received up to know. I DO NOT WANT THIS TV ANY MORE. Please refund my money. First time buyer from Appliance Central. Very dissappointing.”

“Don’t do it. I ordered a microwave over 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it. Appliance central under declared the weight so Aramex now holding it until they pay the gap. Have messaged, emailed and called these people multiple times (they even asked me to give them the Aramex phone number) and still no response or resolution. You call and they ask you to email them then they don’t get back to you. After over a week of trying my microwave is still being held by Aramex.”

“Ordered an item online, and paid for it on the spot. Ws promised it would be here in 2 business days. It has now been 11 days and item not received. When I followed it up a few days ago I received a reponse stating they are out fo stovck and waiting for delivery. Another online company offered the same item at a better price, if I knew I was going to wait I would have purchased from them. I purchased from you because your website said item is in stock and will be delivered in 2 days. 11 days later I am still waiting witgh no ETA on delivery?”

“Shop elsewhere - these warehouse sellers won't respond to emails after the sale. once they have your money, they are not interested - if you have a problem or enquiry you will be IGNORED”

“Order is multiple weeks late. Called and email customer service to be told it is 2-3 business days late each time. Non confidence when my good will arrive. Will definitely not buy from you agaon”

“Ordered item, when dispatching was notified that it wasn’t available which is ok, mistakes happen, was told I would be told a new estimate in 1-2 business days, that did not happen and I had to follow up. Then was told an even later date that you might get it in stock. If I knew it would take so long I would’ve ordered from elsewhere.”

“I’m surprised that I was even asked to leave a review since my order still hasn’t arrived yet. I was told that deliveries to “regional areas” might take a bit longer. Well - I’m living 25 minutes away from a major city and it’s been 10 days since I’ve ordered AND paid. So I can’t comment on the product but jeez their delivery service Aramex is certainly not good.”

“Left a message in the comments section to please leave at front door as I work 6 days a week. Was delivered but no one home to sign for it. Was then taken back to couriers base. Rang and asked to please re deliver with no signature and it then delivered to a news agent in Caddens, 25-30 minute drive despite numerous post offices/news agents within a 5 min drive. More of an issue with the couriers they use I guess. Should have just driven to JB HIFI in Penrith, 5 min away & only $10 more & not frustrating”

“It took me more than one month to receive the item, and the delivery was so poor, It had to be signed for in person, so my package was sent back, and I had to spend another 5.5dollars to choose redelivery, and it was delivered two days after I chose the delivery date. I wonder why there is no pickup station, or why it is not just placed in the lobby? I couldn't have asked for leave to stay at home for the delivery, and you didn't deliver it on the date I chose.”
