“Item was not delivered to my address although I was home! instead left it at a picking point. Also the item was defect out of box and still the issue has not been resolved.”

“Very poor service as I’m trying to sort out damage caused by the incorrect installation of my washing machine. The delivery drivers didn’t install the water hose correctly and it has leaked and caused damage to my laundry cabinets. Tried calling requesting supervisor and yet to get a call back. Has been going for over a week. Poor service.”

“I haven’t received my product. I tried to contact the courier company to reschedule delivery and had no update after 1 week I am still waiting on response. I have attempted to contact Appliance Central via email on 2 occasions and I have not received a response either and still waiting after 1 week.”

“We did not appreciate been charged 20 percent for restocking a returned item I rang first about the item I did not get a acceptable answer I rang Panasonic same problem product knowledge is the name of the game or just go on line and find out stuff”

“Product is extremely poor quality. We paid more than we should for something of this poor quality. The internal shelves and seals are very flimsy. I doubt this dishwasher will last 1 year. Do not buy.”

“I have always used appliances online but unfortunately this time, there's a bit of a wait for the item I needed. Thought Appliance Central would provide compatible service but to our disappointment, they did not install the dryer I ordered even though I have put in a request to do so in the comment of the order. The new dryer was only delivered in a box and the old one taken away. I have ordered 3 dryers before from Appliances Online and they have always installed it for me with no hassle.”

“We purchased a Westinghouse dishwasher from Appliance Central but there were insufficient photos of the inside of the dishwasher and the outside of the dishwasher when the top was removed which leaves the inside of the dishwasher open for bugs to get in.”

“I have not received the TV that I ordered. I have had no contact from Appliance Central since they canceled the scheduled delivery and said the item was not in stock after all and would be ordered from ths supplier. The new timeframe given for delivery has passed with no update despite requests for an update.”
