Without a microwave from date of purchase to arrival date. Did not knock on door, just left it outside for me to drag in. Terrible!

Waiting too long than what you said. From 7-14days to one and half month is extremely inconvenient for me. Living without fridge for one month? :( And the operator‘s attitudes are really bad.

This has been a horrendous shopping experience. Firstly my package says delivered and signed for however it was not delivered to me and I did not sign for it. I then out through a complaint and have been sent photos of a totally different house and package that has nothing to do with me. I have tried to call Appliance central two days in a rom and just waited on hold for ages and had to hang up. I will never shop here again.

Ara.ex attempted delivery once when not ho.e and have not tried since. They are no longer answering my emails and I cannot call them. I have not received the item still. Please refund my money and I will purchase elsewhere. Rob Owens.

They say they have stock but they usually dont and will take forever to get it, without giving any updates. Very poor experience.

Disappointed. Delayed delivery for my fridge in the last minute and all my frozen food packed out of the old fridge got ruined. I lelf messages in email or phone number and didn't get any response. Not recommended.

Terrible service. Appliance was damaged when it arrived (two months after ordering it - it was in back order. I understand that's out of their control). Because it was damaged I am now waiting another 1-2 weeks for a replacement.

Don't trust these guys. I purchased oven 10/12/23, after lots of texts back and forth about delivery date, I finally locked in 10/01/24, waited all day... no oven. After 6pm was told they dont actually have the oven in stock, this is 1 month after i paid in full for the oven. As at 31/1/24 no oven and I then requested a full refund after going to NSW Fair Trading. Would not trust these guys, looking at reviews they seem to sell stuff that they actually can't deliver. Stay away from them & go to a reputable retailer, its worth paying a bit more to actually receive what you paid for.

Forgot about my order until I contacted them. It was sent out the next day which is 2 weeks ago. Still haven't received it. Very little communication.

I have recieved the email link to review our recent purchase of LG TV however the TV has not yet been delivered! Although it was appaently dispatched the day after I ordered it (11 days ago) it has sat at a depot 40minutes from my house for the past 9 days and we still await delivery. I have made enquiry to the delivery company, however that has been unanswered. Maybe Appliance Central needs to review their delivery company, or could follow up to make sure deliveries are made rather than sending out review emails. Hopefully our new TV shows up soon!!
