“Good price, quick to ship, staff helpful, however the courier company Aramex posted notice that the parcel would be delivered 3 days later, stayed home all day to receive it, never arrived, in fact after my several attempts to contact them via their website (3 times) and telephone call (diverted to another country operator who tried to get rid of me), it finally arrived one week later. Never once did the courier company call me back despite my efforts to contact them.”

“Good prompt service and delivery at competitive price. Unfortunately the delivery people didn't take as much care as necessary and stained the carpet with the trolley and water leaking from old washing machine.”

“Other than the delay in getting the appliance we had ordered, which was owing to availability, the service we had from Appliance Cental was perfect. We were told when it would be delivered two days beforehand. The two girls who delivered this heavy item were completely professional and courteous in their work.”

“Refrigerator was fine, but when calling to ask if they install dryer, I was told yes, but delivery guys said they aren't allowed to do that, only thing they 'install' is to plug it in. Answer truthfully.”

“Although I had a bit of a wait for my purchase due to the manufacturer running out of supplies due it being offered at such a wonderful price, Appliance Central ensured I received my purchase and kept me informed as to what was happening. I would happily use them again.”

“Best price, but had to wait a bit for delivery. When delivered, wouldn’t fit thru door into lift well. I took the doors off frig and delivery man came back in two days and took unit upstairs - no additional delivery charge. That is a good service.”

“Good price. Slight issue with delivery - I am sure when I ordered I was told the courier would ring to arrange a delivery time (and the label on the package told them to) but they did not. Luckily not a problem but it could have been”
