“I ordered a vacuum cleaner from Appliance Central. Their price was the best and it was easy to order online. The product was faithful. However I was kept in the dark about the delivery date which happened four days after my order and the package (although light) was left unattended in the foyer of my building and not delivered to my door.”

“The purchasing process itself was efficient and straightforward, with prompt dispatch and no complications. However, the delivery experience with your logistics partner, ARAMEX, was disappointing and significantly detracted from the overall online shopping journey. On the day of delivery, ARAMEX sent a notification at 8:07 AM, leaving minimal time to make necessary arrangements, especially since a signature was required. Their online rescheduling system failed to function properly, and attempts to resolve the issue via live chat were frustrating, the agent ended the conversation before I could even respond. Worse still, after rescheduling, no further updates were provided apart from a vague message indicating a 48-hour delay. When trying to get more clarity through their website, I was prompted to create an account just to access basic delivery updates. Overall, while your ordering process is seamless, the poor service provided by ARAMEX severely affects the customer experience. I would suggest reevaluating this delivery partnership”

“Our measurements limited us to what we could purchase and therefore landed on this product. We really like the size and the freezer at the bottom. Unfortunately due to the water dispenser, the door shelf space is limited and can’t be adjusted. So many bottles and containers that would previously go in the door, is now occupying shelf space. The kids are a big fan of the water dispenser and therefore find we are filling this us frequently. Plumbed refrigerator would have been my preference. Additional costs need to be considered with this option.”

“Good service with delivery included. Arrived on time and happy with my product. I was advised to let it sit for 5 hours before plugging it in. I wish I also opened the door to air it out. A week later it still has that new fridge smell.”
