“The range hood was a good price. Unfortunately, the courier was Aramex and a signature was required. Tracking status indicated the thing got lost then a week after the expected delivery date I got notification it was on board for delivery so I stayed at home to sign. It was actually delivered 2 days later on a Sunday. My advice: change your deliverer!”

“Overall very happy with my order from Appliance Central - the only negative was that I had to call their customer service line a few times to get updates about a backorder and organise delivery etc as my emails went unanswered for a few days. Not sure if there was a backlog of emails or if there was an issue with them being recieved but a quick phone call sorted it out each time so I'm not too bothered.”

“Easy to order with online, happy with the process. Delivery had to be picked up from depot as they delivered earlier than promised. Would have appreciated a text rather than an email at 7.15am”

“Your service was as usual efficient, reliable without fuss, prices very competitive & therefore will always be entrusted with the future purchases; the delivery of the order was made much more earlier than expected which is a big plus, however, the downside was, the delivery guys refused to dispose of all the packaging material of waste after installation, saying that they weren't responsible, the 5-star ratings would have been scored otherwise.”
