“Easy process of ordering and plenty of updates on delivery. Delivery driver was hopeless, got up in back of truck, pushed tv out, stayed in the truck while my wife and I, I'm 67, struggled to carry 75inch tv down the driveway. 0 out of 10 for him.”

“Delivery was on time and the 2 guys were provided great service to connect the laundry machine. If your company was happy to take away the large cupboard box that the washing machine came in, would've given 5 stars. It is very hard to squeeze it in the council yellow bins even we we fold it.”

“I knew what I needed so it was a matter of finding the best deal. Appliance Central was the cheapest by far for the heater I ordered. Delivery was swift too. I'd definitely check them out again if I required anything they sell.”

“The order was received before the date which was initially suggested. That was a fantastic plus. I wish that there was an additional option online to request the delivering team to place the items. In my case, the dryer had to be placed ontop of the washing machine. When I asked the delivering team to place it for me, they were unable to assist. The only available option online was to remove an old machine. The was no old machine. The dryer work amazing and does the job exactly like it should, however one of the vent panels do not have a snug fit. There is a small gap and the cover bends out a bit as well as a small scratch on the machine. Other than that, I am very happy with the purchase and the delivery time. I would definitely order from Appliance Central again and recommend to others.”

“Change your delivery contractors. Turned up too early outside of given time window and I had to change mybplans. Unhelpful to put the dryer where I asked them (very easy access). Didn't want to take the packaging, and to top it all off dropped off the wrong product.”

“Some good deals on appliances however needs better communication on expected delivery and order of items. We were expecting one of our fridges to be delivered two weeks after ordering however there is still no ETA and the one due later has been delivered.”
