“The product was exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately their courier company were hopeless. No one was home on first delivery attempt and as the parcel required a signature they left a card. I booked & paid for redirection to my workplace only for the courier to return 2 days later and just leave the parcel at my front door, and I get the notification that I have signed for the delivery!”

“Great deal on our new fridge, product was perfect and the delivery guys were awesome. Only reason i'm doing four stars is we picked a day to have the delivery happen and were then told after the fact that they could only deliver two days after the date we picked, and then the admin people made multiple mistakes on what date delivery was supposed to be, but that was pretty minor stuff and well worth the hassle.”

“The product arrived on time, however the staff did not prepare tools for set up. Without the tools they were unable to cut the long hose and install it nicely fit. In general, it can be improved and make the customer more satisfied. The attitude of the staff is very nice.”

“The price and product was great but the delivery wasn’t. They left it at the top of driveway full view from the road. They could have left it at the front door and rang doorbell I was home. Not impressed”

“Very happy with Appliance Central! All in time and as promised with the most competitive price! The delivery, from another company, has been a bit of a worry seeing how roughly they handled the 65 Lg TV but luckily it was not damaged! Will certainly buy again from A.C. and recommend it to all people around me.”

“Great product very happy with pricing too. The delivery of the Samsung 85inch tv was with only 1 person and lucky my dad was home to help the driver unload and get it into the house cause it’s a 2m long TV!!”

“Easy process of ordering and plenty of updates on delivery. Delivery driver was hopeless, got up in back of truck, pushed tv out, stayed in the truck while my wife and I, I'm 67, struggled to carry 75inch tv down the driveway. 0 out of 10 for him.”

“Delivery was on time and the 2 guys were provided great service to connect the laundry machine. If your company was happy to take away the large cupboard box that the washing machine came in, would've given 5 stars. It is very hard to squeeze it in the council yellow bins even we we fold it.”
